I need some computer help! Is anyone here a technical person about such things?

I keep getting a message from "Windows Defender" that it needs to restart my computer and I'm afraid to do it! It looks like this:

I can't help with this one, CBB, but hope someone else can. 

I've been having my own issues with an email account since last night.  I'm not sure what it is, and am waiting for the help desk to get back to me....they said within 24 hours. 

OK, Musings can be the self help thread tonight!     2NJ......... my e-mail account is outlook express. Sometimes, for no reason that I can think of, it defaults to another account all together! I notice it when I go to "send to" from a page I'm on and the window that pops up isn't Outlook express! That has happened often enough that I have figured out how to reset it back to Outlook Express, but for the life of me, I have no idea how it keeps changing!

  Hi CBB!

Your tire pressure will go up and down by 1 or 2 psi as the weather changes.  Cooler weather - tire pressure goes down, Warmer weather - goes up.  Just air them back up to the recommended tire pressure for your tires and they should be fine for a while.

Also, the recommended tire pressure should be on the side of the tire where it has the size, etc...raised lettering.

Got Lady fingers, Nutter Butter cookies, almonds food coloring, some new cookie cutters. Plus Halloween color frosting and sprinkles. The chocolate patties in different colors for dripping the cookies in. Years ago I had the little molds to make the suckers with the melting chocolate patties. For the life of me I can't
 remember what they are really called.
