According to MF, JK2 and MJ all presented their request to be released as suspects today.  The judge will give his answer in 2 weeks.

I'm guessing the 2 weeks is bogus.  The decision will come on Dec 25th.

oh great. EVRY SINGLE ONE of Smid's decision has gone in favor of Joran so far.  EVERY SINGLE ONE.

He even overturned the search warrant for the DNA samples AFTER it was executed.

I have just be reading Carpe's posts about Natalee wanting to see the stars and Joran claiming there were no stars.  I am taking this as Joran is being evil.  Sort of like saying oh yeah you don't see stars now I'm going to make you see them "Joran beat her".  You know the old saying when someone gets hit and they say I got hit so hard that I saw stars.

the rewards Joe offered (allegedly I guess) had nothing to do with convictions, only the safe return.  The 2 or 3 girls that were found as a result of his rewards were all runaways, someone tipped off piolice in order to collect the reward in all of the cases.  No where in the contract does it say anything about convictions.  Joe claims his signature is forged on these documents.

Something didnt smell right when I watched his interview and listened to his explanations although I hope he is on the up and up because I really like the guy.

Now I thought those were the ones that Joe did pay, Blah.

Anyone know the total score on this??

Geraldo read the contract to Joe word for word right from the signed paper and Joe said that it was a forged contract and that he didnt sign it.

Everything he says, I see in just that same light.   Thought it was just me.   For instance when he says he picked her up to carry her but she wanted down, I think he threw her down on the ground, floor, etc.  Wanted to see the sharks = threatened to throw her in the water off that cliff at the lighthouse maybe.

It's just the way he smirks when he says it like it's some kind of inside joke that only he and the Pimps would get, etc.  Sort of like his smirking about his shoes.  Well, if he lied about the size or claims he has new ones, ALE isn't going to do DNA on new ones.  

It's like everything is funny to him and he is having to really control himself to keep from laughing when he talks about it.

I think Antonio Carlo saw how sick in the head Joran is and he was disgusted by his actions and what Joran told him that he had to clear his conscience.

GRETA VAN SUSTEREN, HOST: We still don't know where Natalee is, or what happened to her, but the three suspects in her disappearance are making headlines.

The Kalpoe brothers, Deepak and Satish, are actually heading to court tomorrow.

This, as news is breaking, about a Dutch TV show that reported Joran van der Sloot’s Aruban lawyer went to the prosecutor to  “clear his conscience”  and reported that Joran played a part in Natalee’s disappearance.

Joining us from Aruba is Jossy Mansur, managing editor of  “Diario.”
Jossy, why are the two Kalpoe brothers going to court tomorrow?

JOSSY MANSUR, EDITOR “DIARIO” (by phone): They are going to ask the judge to remove them as  "suspects" --to change the status of being  "suspects."  They feel  "uncomfortable"  with that  "situation."

VAN SUSTEREN: Have they ever done that before? Have they ever gone to court at an earlier time and asked to be removed as  "suspects" ?

MANSUR: Yes they did, and the same Judge that is coming over from Curacao---judge Smid---will preside tomorrow, and presided last time, and,  denied  that  petition  previously.

VAN SUSTEREN: Karin Janssen, the prosecutor, I assume will be there as well, Jossy?

MANSUR: I am sure she will.

VAN SUSTEREN: Do you know what her position is on whether or not they should be removed, or, at least, the label removed as  "suspects"?

MANSUR: I don't think they should, because they have to stay as "suspects"  until the middle of next year----which is (some DUTCH legal term that sounded like “daglormentori“) ----by law,  two years.

VAN SUSTEREN: Jossy, you’ve got your  “ear to the ground”  there--Are they actively investigating this case?

MANSUR: Yes, they are, Greta.  They are actively investigating.

VAN SUSTEREN: What are they doing?

MANSUR: Well, in Holland they are busy reorganizing everything.
They took all the documentation that they have here--- all  the  originals --the  tapes ---the audio tapes ---the video tapes, and they're going over them  minutiously*,  I mean, very carefully.

Yes but I still think it is not on the found girls but I could be wrong.  I remember Red saying something about this and have to leave but when I return I will see if there was a Front Page post on this.  

I could well be wrong and often am but thought it was just on two cases of arrests without conviction but an indictment was handed down by grand jury and he did not want to pay those.

Now you have got me curious so will look for post on Front Page when I return later.  I am aware that he says his signature was forged but thought that, too, was for two cases of arrests without conviction not the two found girls.

I will be very disappointed in Joe if he is refusing to pay on found girls and they were in fact found to collect the reward.

Klaas, there was a post you posted a long time ago that always disturbed he.  It was the one where it said Joran beat Natalee and Paulus told Joran to go to bed and he would take care of the rest.  It said he put her in the shed where she died.

I thought from previous pics of Joran's apartment from a different view that the 'shed' was a dog house.  Makes one wonder about his statement regarding dogs.
