But it isnt total BS, I would say exaggerated but not frivolous - this woman did suffer job loss & scrutiny due to Casey's fake story & the fact that this case became so widely publicized on a daily basis

The sustaining is a broad scope based on "work product" and Mitnick has to get around that - but why hasnt these "contracts" and "proof of payment" been shown to the court...this is what has me mystified and miffed!
