The only times Casey has cried is when it had to do with her. I agree with that, Jesse! Even in the jail videos, Casey cries when she's screaming that "Everything's been taken from me!" When Cindy asks about Caylee, there's not even a pretense of tears.

The public knows the A.s are liars, so what they say doesnt hold any weight, but what Casey said during her questioning and her little sunglass game when her daughter was missing and no mention of Caylees name when she was bonded out, are much stronger than any lies that the A.s could tell on national tv.

The 31 days, the party pics, the interviews with her friends, decomp in the trunk do it for me. All the rest after that is just gravy. She piled it on herself. JMO

Yup NoRose, listen to how they escalate & then think about all the things we now know surrounding them, especially the day & evening of July 15th - as I said its been my suspicion from the very beginning as posts here & elsewhere indicated back in July/August.

I have often thought that the 911 call was one of Cindy's best acting performances to date.

I hope Skanky doesn't luck out and get Rodriguez or someone of his ilk for the judge. I am praying for Stan's good health and he is the one to hear her murder trial. He may be retired by then, if it keeps getting postponed. JMO

Appreciate your posting this.  If I was Zenaida, I would surely want my name cleared, and in a timely manner.  It's almost too late for timely, however.  I would suspect that Judge Rodriguez would also, if he found himself in her predicament.  In fact, he would be jumping up & down, imo.   

Zenaida has some excellent attorneys.  I'm glad for that.

Motion Filed In Casey Anthony Case

ORLANDO, Fla.-- Prosecutors want defense attorneys to provide documents about their claim that someone other than Casey Anthony disposed of her daughter Caylee's body.

In a motion filed late Thursday, the state attorney's office asks a judge to order Anthony's attorneys to turn over "the names and addresses as well as all supporting documentation" about their claim, which was made in court as recently as last month.

Prosecutors said they have the right to review the evidence as part of the discovery process, where each side turns over evidence in preparation for a trial.

Casey Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of her daughter, whose remains were found in woods in Orange County in December 2008. Anthony is in Orange County Jail awaiting trial sometimes next year.
The defense has suggested there is evidence that Casey Anthony was in jail at the time when Caylee's body could have been dumped. They point to searches of the area that did not turn up the body, including during a time Anthony was in jail.

Marti McKenzie, a defense team spokeswoman, said Thursday, "Mr. Baez will always follow the appropriate rules and regulations of the law in Florida." (PDF: Read The Motion)

In a related matter, attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez said in a new motion they are willing to drop their quest to force Casey Anthony to answer questions if it means their civil defamation lawsuit does not get put on the back burner.

. Gonzalez shares the same name with the woman Anthony said kidnapped Caylee. In their argument, Gonzalez's lawyers said "there is no room for sympathy because a civil defendant has serious criminal problems."

This week, the judge said he wanted to reconsider delaying Gonzalez's suit because Anthony is now facing a death penalty trial. He's expected to rule on this issue in about a month.

Casey Anthony case: State wants documents supporting defense claims

 State prosecutors want Casey Anthony's defense team to provide documents supporting its claim that someone else put Caylee Marie's body in the woods near her family's home.

According to a state motion filed Thursday, defense attorney Todd Macaluso told the court on Aug. 21: "There's substantial evidence, that we've discovered . . . that the body or the remains of Caylee Anthony were placed there after Casey Anthony was locked up in the Orange County Correctional facility."

The state is asking a judge compel the defense to provide names, addresses and all supporting documentation relative to their claim.

Caylee's remains were found Dec. 11, 2008 off Suburban Drive in east Orange County. Anthony, 23, faces a first-degree murder charge in her daughter's death. Prosecutors said 2-year-old Caylee hadn't been seen alive by anyone other than Anthony since June 16, 2008.

In their motion, prosecutors state "all forensic evidence to date establishes that the remains of Caylee Marie Anthony had been deposited at that location many months prior to Dec. 11, 2008."

Prosecutors argue Anthony's defense team has reciprocal discovery obligations. The only response Anthony has made toward fulfilling her obligation was defense witness lists.

"The only conclusion this Court can draw from the fact that no additional reciprocal discovery exhibit has been filed is (1) the exculpatory evidence does not exist, or (2) the defendant is intentionally violating the rules of discovery," the motion said.

Marti Mackenzie, spokeswoman for defense attorney Jose Baez, said Baez "abides by all of the rules and regulations affecting any kind of criminal trial in Florida."
