Thanks, cece.  That is a good piece.  There are a few candidates missing IMO, but they did a good job and the pics are excellent. 

IMO Jesse Grund could give Casey a lesson or two in what people look like when they genuinely cry.  The guy who really loved Casey and Caylee.. Who was willing to be Caylee's daddy even though he was not the biodad.  He cried on national TV when discussing his precious little Caylee.  Real tears, Casey.  (From cece's link.)

To turn down such a great guy, and then turning around and dissing him the way she has, shows just what little character Skanky really has. Definitly my opinion.

Wow ..thanks CeCe  and everyone who gave their imput.  I'll have a lot of reading to do going back through old posts here and then the articles.  I do believe that Casey probably does know the baby daddy....and there has to be a reason that she did not out him and child support or SS benefits for Caylee.  Maybe she got a lump sum payment from him or his family to just get the heck out of his life.  Anything is possible with this crew.  But more then likely he whoever the mystery man is , he never even knew Caylee existed....that's the way the A's like to keep control..through deception.

Just jumping in and might have not seen this when I skimmed the pages to get caught up, but didn't LE also suggest it was an accident in the beginning? Or am I totally off on that. 

You are not off, NRCG!  They did.  It could have been a way to offer an easy "out" for Casey so she would confess, and thereby help them locate Caylee's remains.  LE tactic perhaps.  Or maybe they really were fielding the possibility that it could have been an accident at that early stage in the investigation.

Then chloroform came into the picture...

And then one day a meter reader needed to relieve himself... and the rest is history.  When Caylee's remains were found, well... it's not a very likely possibility that the duct tape "accidentally" got plastered all over Caylee's lower face...  But you are right, in the beginning, LE DID indeed (in witness interviews and IIRC in media reports?) proffer the theory that Casey could be covering up an accidental death... and yet Cindy always said NO WAY -- Casey would come straight to us if Caylee so much as skinned her knee, blah blah blah...

Thank-you. I'm going to write this and I don't want people to be upset with me, but it is really bugging me. I know a lot of people think this was a premeditated murder, and maybe it was, I don't know. But for some reason after listening to some of the things that Tracy especially was saying about Casey, and that she has no grip on reality. Is there any chance that Caylee died accidently in the pool, Casey then set this all up, duct tape, and all these outlandish stories, could she have snapped when it happened, was she afraid for Cindy especially to find out? 99% of us when there is a tragic accident would do the proper thing, but if she has no grasp on reality.....     Just a thought, and most likely a bad thought.

Hi Monks!  NoRose, I tend to agree with you.  I believe LP when he said something to the effect that "KC lives her life 5 minutes at a time".  I think Caylee's death could have been a result of negligence and/or rage.  Maybe KC had contemplated what her life would have been like with the baby, but I'm not convinced killing Caylee was the end result of a carefully plotted scheme.  IMO, KC is too impulsive.

I do so agree with this...we have all been trying to give casey credit for thinking and planning.  Just did not happen..Casey just lost it momentarily...long enough for that baby to be killed.

It really is Tony. I have debated the last couple of days about bringing Rob's comments over from his site. It feels wrong, yet he has never said not to do it.  His take on

Rob is shrewd. He has a good grasp of the situation...and set up that site to avoid all the screwballs imposters and such that went on last year.  He does not drop in often, but is good to explain when he does come in.

Casey told Tracy the CO's (jailers) snuck her food while she was in-custody the first time. Casey has a way of getting what she wants sometimes...
One of the reasons we thought she would even pass a polygraph is that she truly believes in her own lies.
Yes it was the real Tony Padilla on WS. He was stating his opinion. Leonard and Tony don't see eye to eye on many topics but Tony was basically telling the truth. We all started out for the right reasons and we all had a role to play and a job to do. As we found out that it was basically a game, it became semi personal. As Leonard stated to Casey when she ordered him out: "We are gonna find that little girl, with or without your help!" We all carried out what we were there to do.

Make no mistake that Leonard loves the spotlight and being on TV as does the media love to put him on so I can't blame him for that. He will be the first one to tell you he is the self quoted "Media Whore" and when asked by the media why are you here in front of the camera, he will say "you" called me.

As far as the memorial, Tony was pissed and didn't think it was Leonard's place to put it on but, I was there and it was nice. Richard did a great job and it was sad that people were banned from the Cindy show in the first place. I heard that the reason I was banned was for having this forum. I saw the ban list, I was on it, along with a caution because I was armed. So it was a nice service for us and to help with closure for those that were not allowed to attend the Cindy service.

As far as the kind words of the Athony's by Tony, as far as his contact with them, they were nice to him.

Ok, how to explain this.....the Padilla's are an interesting group of people, Leonard has a brother (Greg), who is in the bail bond business, office directly across the street from Leonard's and they can't stand each other and don't even talk. All I can say is that Tony and Leonard get in disagreements all the time and they are defiantly two completely different types of personalities.

One more thing.....the TV / Media bug is a strange thing and one that effects people in different ways. Leonard has always loved the camera and the camera loves his personality. I must say it is not "this Case" that created Leonard, as I have said before Leonard has been in the spotlight or on TV for years. It is because this case has fascinated so many people nationally that has brought him into national spotlight as one of the big "Players". Some just stay out of the lime light, Tracy for example doesn't like it and does not want to be in front of a camera. The funny part is that most people can't help it, it effects them rather they like it or not. When you watch reality TV if you look at how people start a show and then as the show progresses it goes to their head and they change (their appearance, their attitude, everything about them) and it is hard not to. Now I am not saying Leonard has changed even in our shows, do you really think Leonard leaves his desk and goes to an apprehension, not anymore (unless there is gonna be a camera there...lol.) But, that is OK and we all try not to let it change us...

Give you an example when the statements came out and part of why you see Tony upset. You now find that Leonard's total time around Casey was about the length of the initial ride home, inside the house for a brief moment and about 5 seconds on the couch before she told him to leave. He has been living in the media on what Tracy and I have told him but, that's OK. Tony just tries to set the record straight. Understand that when it becomes to being a witness, we have to be careful as to what we put out their.

Side note: talking about putting your own personality in check... I had to catch myself saying "hey what about me" when our three statements came out and the headlines were about Leonard and Tracy. There goes that media bug....hahaha

Premeditated murder can happen in an instant. It doesn't have to take massive amounts of time/planning. Often it does, but it doesn't have to. She lives 10 minutes at a time. I doubt she would plan such an extravagant scheme. She may claim to be an event planner , but IMO...no way.

Same with if it were an accident. I doubt she could/would plan out such an extravagant scheme.

Casey will never confess to either.

What do you all think about in Tracy's interview where she said she was told the babydaddy was Eric Baker, not Jesus Ortiz?  That Casey said Caylee was her little Italian?  Baker isn't an Italian name.  I think Cindy was the one that named Eric Baker..and said he was in another relationship and expecting another child and they didn't want to disrupt the relationship he was currently in....?  That doesn't ring true either..the A's not wanting to disrupt anything..Lord ..I thought disrupt was also part of the family motto.  You know "destroy, disrupt, deny"

 Have we ever heard his name mentioned before with this case?  Has anyone found any info on him or his family?

nrcg....I don't trust him either. First of all why in the hell is he talking so bad about LP? Even if the thinks it, what is the point of putting it on a forum on the Internet.? I honestly think he is JEALOUS!!! But I also think he has another motive.....I just don't know what that motive is.  Why didn't the A's do like other families and get a spokesperson for the family....A trusted friend, minister or relative?? Why didn't they keep their mouths shut? Why didn't they look for Caylee?  I don't know if I could be rational, but I do know I wouldn't try to alienate the whole frigging world....especially people like Tim and TES and Mark Nejame.  Both of these people offered help to them.....no charge....but neither would allow the A's to run the show.

Another motive?  Aren't they all just airing their dirty linen in public?  He has stated several times he is thinking about writing a book......
If his efforts on WS are an example of his talents so far, I would say this.

Hi Monkeys! I got to it late, but getting through Tracy's interview was like listening to fingernails on a chalkboard to me!   

I agree that Casey is impulsive and it fits better to me that she did something to Caylee on impulse. The only thing that "glitches" me about that is the duct tape. IF Caylee was killed by suffocation from it, then Casey would have had to get the tape, wrap her face, watch her struggle, and wait. That's a pretty long "knee-jerk" reaction in my way of thinking.

Yes, DC's website is one of many places you can find the docs.  Personally, I usually look them up at the doc link thread @ WS, or at ACandyRose, or at cayleemarieanthony.net -- if I can't find them at wftv or wesh or fox.

I know it is not rational, but I don't like to give Dominic my IP addy, nor the extra site hits... nor the reference... I'm so silly; it's just an personal thing... the same guy that was poking around in the woods... and lied to investigators... and was canoodling with Cindy if rumors are correct... he gives me the creeps.  (IMO) 

Desi..I really use ACandyRose.com as my go to for timelines.  She did an excellant job on the Stacy Peterson case, Jon Benet, etc.
