Had to get the kids to their school buses.  Can someone catch me up on what I missed so far please.

NORTHERN, Kassen started out pretty good, but he sunk to his usual low, and started attacking Mitnick and the Judge stopped him and threatened to stop the hearing.. I went downhill from there then, but I am prejudiced. JMO

TYVM Fanny.  It is not sounding good for ZG here.  I am leaning at not liking this judge as he gets his exercise jumping to conclusions.

Well................ I would argue that BECAUSE there is a related case of such weight, we NEED to get all the information, all the truth out. The Ants need to be forced to answer any question put to them concerning Casey, Caylee, or anyone else tat might shed some truth on the entire situation. Casey's the one that put this on the table in relation to Caylee, and Cindy and George bolstered it by affirming that ZG existed. They need to answer questions before Casey's trial in order to bring the whole picture to that trial.

Is anyone else getting the vibe that the judge is going to postpone the civil until after the criminal?  I think he is leaning more toward the criminal taking precedence.

Casey’s Lawyers Try To Delay Zenaida’s Lawsuit

ORLANDO -- The first of two hearings in the civil case against Casey Anthony begins Tuesday.

Zenaida Gonzalez is suing Casey, saying she ruined her name by claiming a babysitter by the same name kidnapped Casey’s murdered 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.

Casey Anthony’s lawyers will present a renewed motion to Judge Jose Rodriguez to get the complaint against their client dismissed or delayed until her death penalty case in Caylee’s murder is over.

At the second hearing, scheduled for 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, Gonzalez’s attorneys will ask the judge to force Casey’s parents, George and Cindy Anthony, to answer more questions.

In this particular case I definitely want to see the civil first since I think the criminal trial would "benefit" from it.  I'm afraid I have no semblance of non-prejudice toward Casey.

However, when I step away from "this" case and hear the argument of life vs. money, I do have to agree that life itself should trump money.  (In this case life meaning living rather than imprisonment for life.)

I am just so thankful that I am not a registered voter in that  area and subject to possibly being on the jury pool.  There is no way that I could weigh anything in a fair manner in this case!

Here's the catch. If the civil case is delayed till after the criminal case, this could drag out for many many years. If KC is found guilty of murder there will be appeals forever and the civil case will never get heard!!
