In the very beginning of Tracy's interview, she mentions that Baez brought over a video of the 20/20 story of the Eisenberg's (think that is spelled correctly).  Anyway, that is a story about a couple who had their baby kidnapped from her crib....they never were able to find the body/child..nor any leads to who did it.  The cops highly suspected the parents and put a lot of pressure on them....but were never able to get enough evidence to officially charge them.  They also secretly wiretapped the house to hear their conversations.  From memory I think that they did arrest them after they thought they heard them discussing the father 'doing it'...but I think it was dismissed because they said that it was the TV sayin that.  Anyway, these people eventually moved away and are free today.

So, my point is that Baez prolly had several reasons why he wanted everyone to see this video....a couply of them are:

DON'T TALK IN THE HOUSE....AND....IF THEY DON'T FIND THE CHILD, YOU MAY WALK FREE.

So this tells me that:  Baez KNEW THE TRUTH by the first time KC got out of jail...AND he knew SIN SIN AND YO YO AND DARTH VADER also knew...otherwise..why would he be so paranoid about them talking in the house?

I agree.

And I think Jose wanted to show Casey what a "grieving" "worried" mother acts like. So Casey can model her behavior after Mrs. Eisenberg and appear as a worried mother.

Bozo, if he had even a single brain cell in that lump that sits on his neck, should have known the only way to shut Miz chatterbox slore up would be to wire her mouth shut with razor wire.

I have always believed that Caylee's murder was premeditated based on the fact that she was getting old enough to verbalize what was going on and could blow Casey's world apart. I don't believe it was a rage killing so the fight (whether it occurred or not) is not that important to me. What puzzles me, is that Caylee's advancing age and verbal skills is such an obvious motive, why has it never been mentioned anywhere??

I'm with you on this cuteascanbe....anyone else notice in several of these new photos of Caylee....glassy-eyed, swollen, red circles around her eyes, even more bruising, etc? Some of them totally creeped me out.

That no good witch is not capable of crying out of pain of loss of Caylee... She knows she needs to look like she has been instead of the look of "I don't give a *#@&" her new attorney is schooling her well...she has been rubbing her eyes to make it appear she has been crying.....hence the bruising... she is rubbing to hard, the idjit.......

Oh dear, where are my manners.. Hello Monkeys   an angelic monkey  Hope you are well....

I tried listening to Cindy...can't be done. Anyone braver than me have highlights if there are any?

Haven't been able to do it myself. (Listen to it.)

If I have the stomach to do it tomorrow, I'll post my notes here if no one else has by then.

Nice to see you, Cuteascanbe.

Me either!   If I listen to Cindy for more than a few seconds I have this overwhelming urge to slap someone, so I refrain.. Monkey Devil!

Bounty Hunter: Casey Said Nanny Told Her To Lie To Cops
Saturday, September 05, 2009 12:41:42 AM
Reported By Kelli Cook, Jacqueline Fell and Scott Harris

ORLANDO -- The state attorney’s office released new evidence Friday in the Case Against Casey Anthony.

The new documents include three hours of audio and video recordings, as well as some additional photos.
Casey's Demeanor

Tracy McLaughlin, an associate of Leonard Padilla's, recalled in an interview with authorities the first time she met Casey, which was on the day she was released from jail on bond. McLaughlin's job was to observe Casey.

"I'm a little bit nervous to meet her because I'm thinking that poor gal," McLaughlin said. "She's gotta be upset. She comes in happy as can be. 'Hey!" 'Hi' gives me a big hug and just , 'oh I want to take a shower' and not a word about Caylee."

ORLANDO, Fla. -- They're the interviews Casey Anthony's defense team did not want you to hear. Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla and his band of bodyguards were with Casey 24 hours a day after she bonded out of jail the first time and now they're recalling everything she said.

Okay, at the risk of sounding like a prude - why all the off topic posts on a huge document day?  Why not discuss findings?  Food, and icons, dolce and blogs and inside jokes and only a handful of topic posts for over 20 pages.

Hi ANJ, you are not a prude! I apologize for contributing to all the OT stuff. Not sure why it happened, maybe just cause it was the end of the cage? Regardless, you do have a good point, and again I'm sorry for being part of the problem. I understand that not everyone appreciates the joking around that sometimes goes on, especially in a discussion thread, and having to scroll through all of it. I don't post so much here anymore cause I know I tend to get OT.  I came to SM because of Caylee, so I still come here almost everyday. I will try to be more concious of what I'm posting here in the Caylee thread, and not to get carried away with my smilies and stuff! You're a good monkey ANJ, and I enjoy your contribution to SM!

Good Night to all you Monks who are heading outta here!!

ShariVari - GOOD TO SEE YOU back in the cage.

QM - thanks for all the smileys you find and post!

cece - It would not surprise me to learn that Tracy did write letters and/or send money. I think she did  become fond of kc and the A's except for Lee, in some fashion.  I keep reminding myself that these interviews were not given under oath. Tracy REFUSED to speak to LE without being given immunity and her attorney was with her. WHY? IMO She knows a lot more than what was on these tapes. I do think, at times, she might have felt like she was in the twilight zone and that kc's constant chattering got on her nerves....but she isn't off the hook with me yet.   JMO of course!!

Yes, the immunity demand bothers me a lot.   What is going on there that she does not want to speak freely about without some protection from the Law.  Can NO-ONE in this whole damn mess just speak the truth as they know it?
  NO!

Did Lenny say Lee lied about paying for the pizza- I thought I heard that-but please say it isn't true.   Maybe thats why Lee needs immunity   he lied about pizza Monkey Devil!  Caylee is misssing they are eating pizza and they lie about who paid for it.  What is with these people- they all belong in a nut house(no offense to the mentally ill) the ants are in a class of their own-they belong in a ward all my themselves.

I'm just (FINALLY) listening to Leonard.  I have to giggle every time he says
"Or-Lawn-Do".  I find him interesting in his descriptions.  My all time favorite is when he describes Cindy as sniveling, and then Casey starts sniveling, and then they snivel together.  But beyond his good ol' boy exterior, I believe he is smart as a tack.  The  one thing I take away from his and Tracy's interviews is that even though the Anthonys as a group try to blame everyone else for all their troubles, L & T both realize that all the original lies stem from Casey.  These interviews are extremely damaging for all of them.

Hello. I don't say much but read here and really take to heart all the great comments.  After listening to all the docs today I have come to the conclusion that the defense/family believes if they create SO MUCH chaos, that Kc will walk, wether mistrial or whatever, like that was the plan from the very beginning.

I have wondered this myself ...
