If ZG's atty is asking for Casey to answer questions, then he can forget it. That's not going to happen, and by law, it shouldn't. To me, George and Cindy are another matter.

Exactly and that is why the judge is even leading what should have been done and argued (he is hinting at them) and he is actually doing the right thing, IMHO.  We don't want this case to destroy the criminal case. 

georgie and cindy might have to wait for justice for Caylee.

Take Casey off the table and compel George and Cindy to answer all questions. That's Judge CBB's decision!

Oh KC's atty is grasping at straws. You cannot unintentionally collude!! He needs to look up the definition of the word collude!!!!

Both sides are grasping at straws - but, I think the judge has a basic premise of law he is disappointed that the attorney's have not addressed.  I also think he is definitely sending message to casey defense he failed her by not asking for gag order. 

Mitnick needs to show his client was harmed in the media and continues to be harmed today.  That is his best shot, IMHO.  But like I have been saying - Sorry, ZG, but for Caylee's sake don't destroy a fair trial. 
Again, not what we want (no instant gratification   )  but, long term we will be smiling like a banana turned on it's side like a smile. 
All, IMHO.

That was a really cheap shot to make the insinuating remark that ZG’s atty was acting together with the SA to secretly achieve a fraudulent, illegal, or deceitful purpose, albeit unintentionally(which isn’t possible). Just makes me angry that he slipped that in!!

I would just like to make a quick comment here, the only reason for people not to show up for something that concerns them this much is that they are expecting a favorable outcome...I have my big girl panties on too.
