Thanks for keeping me up to date and to all the monkeys posting links and pics Thank You!  Hope you all have a good evening and take care!  Lord willing, tomorrow Baez and company will be forced to defend their client in the before trial Zenaida Gonzales defamation suit.  That's my prayer tonight.  Casey needs to learn she doesn't have the right to destroy someone else's life:  Caylee's; Amy's; or Zenaida Gonzales'.  Whether she likes it or not, Casey Marie Anthony is finally going to learn the hard way Accountability and Responsibility.

ISpy, although I appreciated your sentiments...I think we all know that NOTHING will ever teach Casey responsibility nor accountability.

Had thought about the comment Tracey had said, about KC telling her, she used the neighbors shovel to get the ladder out of the pool, and KC's parents being uncomfortable, with KC telling Tracey that.  Doesn't sound right...KC using a shovel to get a ladder out of the pool?

Good morning. 

The shovel in the pool to get the ladder seems a little bogus. It would be very easy to poke a hole in the liner, not that I think she would have cared. But it would have been very awkward to get it off the bottom if that is what she was really trying to do.

I am not sure, but I think there have been other hearings to delay the civil trial, and my recollection is she wasn't there. If I am wrong, I am sure someone will say.

I know if I were innocent..and being accused of what she is being accused of..  I would have been going off on tangents.  Can you imagine, being accused of such a crime and being innocent?  There would be no way, my mouth would be shut and allowing my lawyer to say..."when this all comes out, we will the understand".. yeah, right, frig that... I would be grabbing the mic!
