When they say that the laundry/garbage bag was buried, what do they mean?  I didn't think it was underground.  I thought just tossed ontop, at one point under water.

Wow! Wouldn't it be something for this to go forward compelling the Ants to answer questions because Cindy shot off her mouth, and then the depositions in this case just tied up the loose threads in the murder case?

Casey found guilty because of Cindy? Whoa..........

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Attorneys for Casey Anthony are in court Tuesday morning seeking to get a civil lawsuit dismissed.
The hearing started about 10:35 a.m. (Watch Hearing Live)

Zenaida Gonzalez -- the woman who claims Casey ruined her reputation by saying someone with her name abducted Caylee Anthony -- is pursuing a civil defamation case. Anthony's attorneys want it dismissed, saying her attorneys can not show the alleged defamatory statement was directed at the Zenaida Gonzalez who has filed the lawsuit.

Casey Anthony is in the Orange County jail charged with murder in the death of her daughter Caylee, who was 2 when she was reported missing in 2008.
Anthony's attorney Jonathan Kasen said the lawsuit is "frivolous" in his quest to have it dismissed. Als he said firm that filed the suit, Morgan and Morgan, "works off of publicity."

An attorney for Gonzalez are now answering Kasen's assertions.

Judge is not loving the media and sounds like all casey attorney needs to do is ask for a gag order and he will issue it.
I like Stan better!  He knows we the public want to know.  But, flip side - I do understand the legal reason he is being protective.
