ORLANDO, Fla.--  The attorneys representing Zenaida Gonazalez have dropped their motion to compel George and Cindy Anthony to answer more questions in the defamation lawsuit against their daughter Casey.

Gonzalez's attorney, Keith Mitnik, said Wednesday that the information he needs from George and Cindy Anthony can already be found in the transcripts of FBI interviews and other evidence related to Casey's murder trial.

That's why Mitnik decided to stop pursuing the Anthonys.

That means the hearing will focus instead on the Anthony's private investigator, Dominic Casey. He failed to show up for his deposition in the civil case and Gonzalez's attorneys will ask that Dominic Casey be forced to answer questions.
