But they didn't find anything in his car right?
I mean IF they had found hairs or DNA they wouldn't have given the car back.....I don't think.

DO they give the car back while they are waiting on tests results?I don't think they do but I could be wrong.
Could also be he used a different car.....

Wow,  I am just numb.  It certainly doesn't look good for this young man.   I see why they searched, and I support that effort.  I guess it depends on the analysis of the evidence now to prove yes or no. 

DD, I would be interested in your thoughts once you have had a chance to review the warrant.

i still think they have the wrong person. nothing came out of their search.  the dogs didnt hit on anything there either. i dont know. maybe im crazy but i dont think this is the right person

I am thinking that there was a just cause to search the residence, and I am wondering how soon the analysis of anything they found will be back.  This is not what  expected to read in the warrant today.

I certainly didn't expect to read what I read in the SW either. When you add this all up, it doesn't look good at all. And why would he give four different stories, if you were telling the truth you only need one story, the truth.

NRCG   My opinion is this is still the best lead so far.  He and whoever owns the property should be looked at.  Till he is cleared, he will remain a POI.  It believe it takes weeks, maybe even months to get all of the evidence analyzed.  This is not TV and solved in an hour.  This is real life.  In the meantime this person needs to be looked at very closely.  Does anyone know if Tena Golder is related to Dale?  shortcake

Neither do I.  That being said ... after the revelations in the search warrants I support the LE in the contention the search was justified.

I would appreciate if our researchers on the forum to do a criminal search on this young man ... research something akin to others who have been deemed possible persons of interest.

I have no idea if this person had anything to do with Lindsey's disappearance. But reading about what he did at 14 showing porn to kids, and then doing what he did to the 12 year old, is extremely upsetting to me
