I want Beth to file an obstruction of justice suit. It may not bring the perps down but they will wear the banner of OJ more snugly as a result!

where is john q kelley during all of this ?

Good question.  What I'm wondering is why Joe T is involved at all.  He was hired to represent the Sloots for the civil case, he has nothing to do with the criminal case as he has no authority to represent them in an Aruban court.

maybe he and JORAN are having a "relationship" ?

Don't be silly, Dana!  Jossy is a buffoon because he wants this case solved and Joe knows his client will be convicted if that happens.

I find it very encouraging that Joey blew a gasket over this...

Such a strong reaction from just nonsense?

[no, my bet is the central ohio crime stoppers problem is the fuel for this fire at Joe M.

You may be right.  But there would seem to have to be some reason they would just suddenly go after Joe M on all fronts, etc.  Not likely just out of the blue, etc.  Guess if he threatened to burn down his wife's house, that didn't help his case any, either.  Rolling Eyes

I just hope that he is vindicated on all charges.  Three million in taxes is a huge amount.  I wonder if they mean taxes on three million instead of that amount as the tax because that would be some income!

A dough extractor ? Could I use that on my bum ?

Seeing as how I just spent the last hour unclogging the toilet (no, not Aruba), I figure I am now an expert at suctioning out items. I'll be on hand to extricate nonesy, if need be. Any other takers?

Paulus van der Sloot's June 23 statement:

To your question if I tell you all the things I did on that
Monday the 30th of May 2005, I can state the following. I went to work.
The exact time I cannot remember but I think it was approximately
08.00 hours. I can also remember that around 10.00 hours I went
to the C.M.B. bank. There were long cues at the bank so I left without
having made any transaction and went back to work.

I left my workplace at approximately 15.00 hours. I arrived at the bank at approximately 15.30. I had gone to the C.M.B. bank that is situated in Noord.

To your question whether I went to the bank without stopping
or going anywhere else, I can state the following. I at least cannot
remember having been anywhere else. I think I went directly to the bank.
At the bank I talked to Ruth DIJKHOFF. At the bank I deposited the
money that Joran said that he had won in the “Free Tournament in
the Holiday Inn” on the 29th of May 2005. It was approximately
500 Aruban guilders. Joran had given me 100 guilders because he
had taken over my place in the tournament.

Why is Paulus so insistent on depositing this money?

This is the grey area...if it was a free tournament, which could be no $ exchanged, but I may be inexperienced in gambling sessions.  If Joran has stated that he played until he lost and then went to the BlackJack tables, then, where did this 100 florins come from?  Maybe I am just not with the program.

The lovely Arleen has told us repeatedly that we do not understand their system. Laughing

Depends on how the corporations are set up whether they can go after corporate money for his personal debts.  It's possible they can't.  As for the gun, how did they find the gun?  I didn't hear that part.

Tyler knows much more about the detective Paulus hired Ruzzio.  He used to work for Posner I believe but she knows more details on that than I do.  He is famous for dirty tricks or used to be in his heyday.   Shocked

But if there is a way to get Joe M in trouble with the feds, I would certainly think he is capable or some of his cohorts.  All it takes are a few anonymous tips I would think.  At least to start them looking and if they started back when Joe M was asking the city to boycott, about now would have given them plenty of time.

Was someone on city counsel who opposed Mammana getting involved and said it was shameful to boycott.

Some of you Pennsylvania monkeys should remember all that.

They had a search warrant for his house (why, I don't know) but in searching they found a gun on his nightstand.

If he is being investigated for tax too, maybe they were there in conjunction with that...

Jossy said the relationship between Joran and Guido was more than just friendship and made it perfectly clear what he meant, too.  Certainly not just best buds forever kind of thingy.

And remember Joran saying Deepak had never had a girlfriend.  Looks like some pretty maladjusted kids if one considers all that sort of thing maladjustment.  At the least, conflicted kids.  Hows all that porn working out for you Sloots?  Still think it a good and enlightened thing to expose to young kids?

his lawyer who was on my show friday said the gun was in the night stand in the bedroom, apparently registered to Joe's dad. But regardless X cons can be nowhere near any guns.

Remember Joe T had his detractors when he asked the City of Philadelphia I think it was to join the boycott?  And the detective who Paulus I think it was hired, Ruzzio of the dirty tricks if from there, isn't he?

Les Levine = Joe T. dirty trickster

Rizzo = Philly politician with Aruban investments.
