I would love to think that. It just seems so wrong that honest people can't get their day in court, because the defendent in their case is a criminal and must be treated with "special" kid gloves. All the more reason for the honest person to get their day in court, in my view. Nothing about murdering your own child makes Casey special in my eyes, nor should it the be to the courts. But I don't run the world, but I'd like to give it a chance for a while.

i think its more Casey cant stand them. I really believe that Bozo kept them from her, probably read the letters to see if he should give them to Casey. I think this is a way to control what Casey does, to get her total trust so that anything he says she will do. He did have her come to his office every day for 6 hours a day to get away from her parents and did get the rules changed about his laptop for her, so she sees him as someone who is willing to break the rules for her and thats what she likes. if she didnt want to spend time with the A.s when she was out, she sure doesnt want to see them now. She may be mad at Cindy for taking the limelight and being on all these shows and raking in the money, maybe Casey feels they should be giving the money to her, its all about her so thats all the reason she needs not to see her parents. Plus who knows what lies bozo is telling her about her parents too, especially if he is going to throw one or both of them under the bus during trial.

I think it is completely out of Spindy and Georgie's hands. KC is calling the shots now, or at least Bozo is doing it for her. I don't believe she even wants to see them, or cares to hear anything they have to say. As with all of KC's friends and former acquaintances, they are totally expendable to her. JMO

I feel KC knows that Spindy and Georgie are living the good life, and looking good with all their new duds and trips, and she is stuck in jail looking like a frump. Don't you know that is just killing her. "My life has been taken away from me!!" Well, boo, dam hoo!!

Anthony civil case hearing in January

It appears the civil case against Casey Anthony could be around for a while. On Tuesday the judge scheduled a hearing for January 10, 2010.

In January the judge will decide if a private investigator will have to go through depositions with Gonzalez’s attorneys and if the private investigator Dominic Casey will be fined. They claim he lied under oath.

The state attorney's office filed a motion claiming that the defense is exaggerating their argument. They are also bashing the defense for not providing sworn statements from their "celebrity experts" saying how it would be useful. No hearing has been scheduled yet on this motion.

So the victim - ZG - has to wait because the accused has bigger issues to deal with.  What this says to me is that you can defame and drag an innocent into your web of lies but as long as you are charged with murder then the other person can not get back to their life , have their day in court, or move forward until the heinous charges are dealt with which will not be soon as the defense is going to make this a looooooong show!   IMO this judge has just ruled that the rights of the one in jail are more important than the rights of the victim.

Hi Jesse....I am not sure what I think anymore. I sure wish there was a different Judge handling this case.
