Croslin Arrested for Stealing Firearm

PUTNAM COUNTY, FL -- The police report is providing specifics regarding the arrest of Hank Croslin, Jr. He is charged with stealing a firearm.

According to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office, it happened a couple of weeks earlier; the victim is unsure exactly when.

Last Friday, the victim told a deputy he wanted to file charges against Hank Jr. for stealing his .38 caliber Colt revolver.

He says Hank Jr. and his mother had come to his home to use the phone. He says that's not uncommon, as the Croslin's phone has been turned off.

The man says Hank was the only person who went into his bedroom where the .38 caliber Colt revolver was kept.

When he discovered the gun missing, he says he then called Hank Jr.'s sister-in-law and told her he knew either Hank or his mother took the gun and he wanted it back or he'd call police.

The victim then told the deputy that just a couple of hours later, Hank's mother and father came to his house and returned the gun.

He said Hank's mother told him Hank stole the gun and hid it in the shed behind his home. He also said he wasn't sure if Hank or his mother had actually stolen it, but he suspected Hank.

The deputy then went to Hank's mother's home to talk to her, but she wasn't home. He says he left his card and cell phone number asking her to contact him.

Monday, he went back to the home, and she still wasn't there.

Someone told the deputy that she and Hank Sr. had moved to Tennessee over the weekend and weren't coming back.

The deputy then went before a judge and got a warrant for Hank Jr.'s arrest.

Hank Croslin, Jr., faces a grand theft charge.

he did look nice in his suit...but if they are trying to change his image, they should tell him to ditch Misty and try to get to the bottom of what happened to his daughter!

We don't care about the suit, tie, tattoos, earrings, etc.  We want HIS & MISTY'S brains picked.

Oh My Goodness, I just watched NG, and when she asked Ronald if Misty would take any more tests to see if she could remember anything about HaLeigh and what happened to her, He said .."I dont think its neccessary".......WTH........Thatt girl would be necessarily getting my boot removed from her azz if she didnt tell my where my daughter was...........gosh......
I think Hank must have mentioned the cousin Joe in Tennessee to LE for them to be going back and speaking with him....so I think Misty better do either some fast talking to Ronald or some fast walking down that dirt road before someone sheds some light on what really happened that night and LE comes to pick her up as well..

Thanks for he links, Heart!  Geez............ Ron needs to move away from Misty, and move ON to finding Haleigh! While he's at it, he can stand right there with the truth himself! JMO!

there are many women out there raising children on their own.  but...(and its a big butt, like mine)  why would daddy RON not worry so much about Misty?  yeah, he may be slippin her the high hard one..but for TLOG  thats his DAUGHTER.  why so ???

Hopefully, if Tommy knows anything he's talking, if for no other reason,
but fear that while he's in the pokey, who's protecting his kids?
And if Lindsy is as spooked as Chelsea, then, maybe, she'll start talking.
Hope, regardless to who they are trying to pressure, they are keeping an eye
on Tommy's kids right now, none of the kids involved are safe.

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum but have been reading your posts and must say there seem to be some pretty good sleuths here!  I'm curious if I'm the only one who finds it odd that Tommy's charged in an incident that happened "a couple weeks ago", the property was returned, and the victim doesn't even know for sure that it was Tommy and not his mother that took the gun.  Yet they put the bail at $50K??  Wow ... I'm definitely feeling they were looking for an excuse to keep this guy under wraps and in town for some reason.  Wonder why?
