look at the first comment after this artile.....

I was in Palatka today and was told that she was found in that lake with her feet tied to blocks. And she was just put there within the last 36 days.             I just don't know about the 36 days, where was she before then?

Someone would have to have direct knowledge and after 7 + months I doubt thee would be any feet left (hate to be so descriptive, but...........)

Questions about ratgate.  I've always wondered who has a key to this mailbox and was it locked?  It just struck me as odd that the mailbox had a key lock on it.   I wondered why the mailman put the mail thru the slit unless it was locked?  Just strange and alot of work imo.  It also does not appear they finger printed the mailbox because we know these people don't wipe the dust off after being printed.  Remember the kitchen light switch.  jm thoughts on ratgate.

IM, did you hear a little while ago, the officer giving his beginning and ending mileage? Here that is done if a female is being transported. So somebody went to jail in the last 45 minutes.

You know, something is up with all this, since Timmy called and threatened the family and Tommy is in jail, I think Misty might have really tried to throw her family under the bus, and Timmy was probably calling trying to talk some sense into her.....this is very confusing, just dont know what to make of it..

It's all just too convenient. Tommy is in jail on a 50,000 bail for stealing a gun that was given back to the man he stole it from, it seemed LE sought out the owner of the gun, he pressed charges. Now things are really happening, is there a possibility that Tommy was afraid to tell what he knows about Haleigh's disappearance without somekind of protection? That beheaded rat in the mailbox certainly said to me, shut up, don't talk. Something is not right with this. I just have this feeling that Tommy didn't have anything to do with this, but has info. Misty has tried her darndest to throw the family under the bus, anything to cover for herself and Ron, imo.

i agree about the bail but they could have gooten it raised based on nthe fact that if he had the gun in his posession at any time then it was not only theft but unlawful posession of a fire arm...
