Just off the police scanner there is a man reporting something of an undisclosed nature been placed in his mailbox last night. What is it with people in Putnam and putting things ion peoples mailboxes???

Dunno what is up with that.. a new trend perhaps? 

Last night a scorpion in a mailbox was reported. 

i thought is was a rattle snake?   either way

Three critters have now been reported in mailboxes in that area:

headless rat
dead rattlesnake
scorpion

New trend?   Or as some have suggested, the last two being critters who just happened to crawl inside. 

Kinda glad I'm in an apt and my mailbox is inside.  LOL 

Course there was that bat in the waterheater closet, but I digress..

I don't normally post over here, (ususally I'm on the Caylee thread,) but I have been following Haleigh's case.  Would this be the time to trot out the Milstead/Kidfinders sonar boat?  Is this something it could be used for? 

LOL!  Always a good time to go fishing though I don't think there is too much bass in that bit of water so Georgie might just decide to stay home instead.

Not to argue the point, but imho if he did say that then that would only increase the speculation of some that he and his 17 year old are cohorts in the disappearance of HaLeigh.

But...imo...I think it's interesting he's not mentioning her, his mother, family, etc...

Imo, his perspective is often short sighted. Nick and I find it odd.

I think it is odd also, but then what isn't? He is married to her that in itself looks bizarre.

Well thi just got a little more interesting, they are putting out a BOLO that is for a specific area of the town only and is not to go over the air instead they asked if they could email it in and the op told them to have their Sargeant phone it in. They want this person to be located and asked what they were doing in a particular area they were seen at.  Hmmm, People getting nervous around there.

That's true, and he was just arrested for battery on an officer  and he looks pretty proud of it. I sure hope the police around there get paid a good salary, they deserve it.

Hi FCL! 

At first I thought it was cousin Joe from TN, but others have said nope he's not in prison. 

Now am wondering about that reported info supposedly saying something like 'I know it wasn't Misty who killed Haleigh.... contact me before August 19th for more details' or some such.  Maybe the 'letter' is from that person??

I'm thinking that if the rattlesnake was dead it was probably placed there, the scorpion sounds like it was alive so it likely just crawled in out of the wind? Oh and Wyks I think I'd rather the rattlesnake than the mouse eek!
