I think we might have been getting the spin from LE re Tommy and possible info he may have been sharing since his arrest. 

Cuz... for one thing, LE reported that on Thursday PM, Tommy was escorted FROM the jail TO the detectives for questioning, there was even a pic in the media of the escort.  And yet, don't the detectives come to the inmates not the other way around??  Playing devils advocate here  There is also a video of detectives escorting Lindsy to be questioned a couple of days ago.

And then LE reported somewhere in the media that Tommy LED them to the evidence later found.  Which, IMO, was what LE and Tommy were REALLY doing out and about on Thursday night.  NOT being escorted to any 'ole detectives office.  IMO.  Was that really reported by LE?  If so, please provide link.

Then LE must have had a head-smacking V8 moment.. Cuz they later reported that Tommy had not given info that led to the evidence found.  Course not.  Uh hmmmm.       He led them right to it. 

And very likely will need protective custody for quite some time.

True about Lindsey!  I said that about Tommy cuz he is actually IN jail, and I hadn't ever heard before about an inmate being escorted out of jail to the detectives.  Gosh if they did that with every inmate, I'd think they would need an express bus.  LOL 

And re the link... am looking for where I read that.  Might take awhile!!   

 

I would not think that it would happen with ever inmate. But possibly in this case with the FDLE being invovled. 

A try of looking at the videos again to determine which building it is that they were being escorted to might be good.

I understand that the jail is not air conditioned, small and over crowded.

Thankyou for the BOLO definition.  With all of the technology of today, seems like the police could come up with a way to communicate without the scanner.  The scanner has been around since.... Man I feel old.

Yes, caught onto that some time ago.  However TJ Hart has admitted some time ago and always reiterates that LE tells them nothing.

Interesting that it's said they've already drained the pond 5-6 feet.  I could have sworn that I read yesterday that the pond was about 5 ft. deep.

Maybe they are referring to the distance across the pond.  So, if it is 25ft across...they may mean they have drained 5-6 feet across, not depth. 

That is how I am taking it, considering the depth is 5ft.

I believe I heard a reporter say on one of the videos that the size of the pond/lake that they are draining currently is  about 5 acres.

not sure where i read it but it is 3 acres not 5

into the pump thru the pump and out an outtake hose... that's what the street has water on it and the pics ger has show it running along the road

You can review some of the online videos from last night.  I have not measured it myself, but believe that is what the reporter (a male, iirc) said.

Sorry, this is a comment on the Scanner, I would not take everything you hear on the scanner as fact, this is only an opinion. What IF they wanted to feed some false to a listener, this is a nation wide scanner and can reach anyone anywhere,
is that right?  Yes, I have watched more detective shows that I should have in my life time, and because I have watched so
many Columbo, Barney Jones, etc. my mind is open to the possiblilty that information given out is for a certain few people to hear
or read. I know it is funny, but, I'm sure tricks on played on TV and in real life. This is only a silly opinion.
