I was afraid to ask  but I'm not understanding where the water all goes when you drain a good size pond like that? 

into the pump thru the pump and out an outtake hose... that's what the street has water on it and the pics ger has show it running along the road

I don't think she was asking how the pumped worked, but whether there was some kind of holding area for the water.

I was a " guest " last nite as I wasn't on my own computer and didn't feel like logging in elsewhere on someone else's computer. I was laffing my azz off. The monkeys were in top form. I know this is a serious case, bu the scanner reports and the bookings are funny.

From what I read over these long months is that the one piece of evidence they are looking at is one person to say that Misty was not in the trailer the entire night. This was before the search.

I've been wondering, though - isn't it possible that evidence could be drained out with the water?

they have a screen but from the looks of this place and knowing there are parties trash etc etc i don't see how they decipher between junk or evidence

imo it is a body search and they already have whoever gave them the information and all the other players.

hate to sound gruesome, and I agree that this is a body search - but they will have to go thru all of this stuff extremely carefully because the body will now be only bones - and the locals are saying that animals get dumped there a lot.  This is going to take awhile, I bet.

I think no, they would just let it run off and hopefully the pond has a natural water spring in it that would refill it.

I think we might have been getting the spin from LE re Tommy and possible info he may have been sharing since his arrest. 

Cuz... for one thing, LE reported that on Thursday PM, Tommy was escorted FROM the jail TO the detectives for questioning, there was even a pic in the media of the escort.  And yet, don't the detectives come to the inmates not the other way around??  Playing devils advocate here  There is also a video of detectives escorting Lindsy to be questioned a couple of days ago.

And then LE reported somewhere in the media that Tommy LED them to the evidence later found.  Which, IMO, was what LE and Tommy were REALLY doing out and about on Thursday night.  NOT being escorted to any 'ole detectives office.  IMO.  Was that really reported by LE?  If so, please provide link.

Then LE must have had a head-smacking V8 moment.. Cuz they later reported that Tommy had not given info that led to the evidence found.  Course not.  Uh hmmmm.       He led them right to it. 

And very likely will need protective custody for quite some time.

I have searched thru every news link from the media (not bloggers etc) that I could find, and still cannot find where I read or heard (video) the info as being reported "from LE".  It's making me crazy, cuz I know when I read/heard that, my first thought was .. why on earth would LE say that??  Sure wish NOW that I had marked that link at the time.  Sigh.

Wow I hope you are right, I was thinking that they wanted Misty (or someone) to THINK he had been giving up some info but it would be so much better if he has actually done it.

Ya know Sharlock, that could be!!  Sure wouldn't be the first time that LE in a case 'let something slip', in order to watch the reactions etc. of others they may find suspicious.  Let em squirm, wondering... kind of thing.  Good point! 

wonder if they let anything "slip" to tim and chelsea when they interviewed them that would have made momma croslin run for the hills?
