Maybe Timmy has come to town with bail money for Tommy and is taking him straight out of town!

That would cost some money...and do any of these folks have that kind of cash.

Maybe Misty parents sent him to get first hand information from Misty, Timmy is the only family member not thrown under the bus.

Someone on Firstcoast news posted that they had been contacted by a reliable source at 7:20 pm that the body was found. God be with this family, this has to be so hard on them.

Could they really hold off on telling the family if they have found the body?  Is that legal?

Absolutely legal if they have found remains with no identification.  How would they know for certain who's remains they were?

We’re told it’s shaped like a giant grid with a large pond roughly three acres in the middle. It’s this pond Sheriff’s Deputies are slowly draining.

so thats why they're doing the grid-walk...hummm?

Ah, ok.  Perhaps that is why it is being stated by some that we will know more on Monday.

very possible, even just coming on his own to check on Misty, out of some sense of kinship, now that all other family members have bailed on her but with his name coming across the scanner and questions about who will be on duty at the jail around the same time, makes me think he has some business to do at the jail. You'd be surprised how broke people can come up with $5000 for bail, it's been 5 days.....

While we are waiting for this to bust wide open..... Did Ron marry Misty so she wouldn't be protected by the juvy law?? Ewww, still couldn't do it.
Hi Boo!! I always thought so he/she wouldn't have to testify against each other, but I don't know this case very well. Sorry.
There is no spousal exemption if the crime is perpatrated on a child.
Thanks Blumonkey. I didn't know that.

Sorry.

Hey, JSM. Great to see you ! No need to be sorry.

and I wonder if they would request Crystal to come to town or if they would tell her via phone or send local police to tell her in person, if there was something proof positive to identify the remains. More likely if anything type of container is found it will be removed from the site and opened in a controlled environment to avoid contamination.

In one of Misty's last interviews she said Timmy is Ron's favorite Croslin family member. I wonder if that has changed since they seem to be feuding with the others.

So far she just has the dumpster pic's up, and she said it is almost exactly 1/2 way between the MH and Tyler street residence
