Well Sorry All Monkeys. JSM is WRONG. I thought they were talking about people having private healthcare instead of NHS. That's what I get for drinking the cough medicine before I speak.

Please forgive JSM. But for a bit of news I found before the koolaid cough medicine. Have a read here. I am going to bed and never saying another word about this HC plan again.  JSM is a dumb monkey afterall.

http://hotair.com/archives/2009/09/08/hoyer-we-may-really-have-to-dump-this-public-option/

JSM!!!!!!!!!  I love you, you are not dumb, and you will talk to us about HealthCare.  an angelic monkey

I am wrong a lot of times, there are monkeys that will point it out to me. And I don't even have the excuse of Magic Cough Syrup.  You made me log back on, because I saw you say that. You are right a lot more times than I am.

I am really going this time. I want you to feel better, and there is nothing you can say on this thread that will make you dumb. I am going to sleep with visions of a bull chasing a well dress couple, and you floating across the ice on your skates.

Sleep well monkeys, what time is court tomorrow? I hope y'all have a better day. JSM needs to lay of the cough medicine and maybe her eyes won't cross.

PS I never heard where KC said she was Romanian? Was that in the Tracy tape?

TIA JSM.

Yes, that is what she told Tracy.

I won't be watching Jong Il tomorrow night.  Our Dear Leader will soon take away our public option to turn off the TV when he is on, which is most of the time.  I see the day when TVs will not have an "Off" option.  Hussein all day, every day. This is a nightmare.

Also, I don't drink water.  It makes your rust.

Hello monkeys, finally some good news from me.  My new granddaughter was born Sunday night, she was a healthy 7lbs, 13 oz, 20 inches long.  Her name is McKaylee Belle, she is as pretty as her name.  I have been very busy both at the hospital and caring for my other two grandchildren.  The vbac we had hoped for didn't work out, her labor failed to progress and the baby was at risk, so she had an emergency C-section.  My daughter is still thankful that she was given the opportunity to try for a natural birth after 2 previous c-sections and was glad that this time the baby was born on her natural birth date.  She is planning on going home tomorrow, she is getting one more night of rest at the hospital.  It is amazing that they were even giving her the option of going home today.  I am glad she gets one more night of rest and a watchful eye at the hospital.  Been a long couple of days......I am gonna take a much needed rest.

Obama Seeks Game-Changer With Health Speech
In a high-stakes speech to Congress and the nation, President Obama will press for a government-run insurance option in a proposed overhaul of the health care system

FOXNews.com
Wednesday, September 09, 2009
WASHINGTON -- Reaching for a game-changer, President Barack Obama is beset by conflicting goals in a prime-time address Wednesday expected to detail just how he wants to expand health care coverage and lower medical costs while signaling to a deeply divided Congress that he's ready to deal.

And show the public he's in control.

The president is likely to say that a government-run insurance plan, known as the "public option," will not provide a level of subsidies that give it an unfair advantage over private insurers, aides familiar with the speech preparations told The Wall Street Journal.

BORN IN THE USA?
Shocker! Judge orders trial on eligibility issue
Arguments planned Jan. 11 for major Obama challenge

Is this the footprint of baby Barack Obama?

A California judge today tentatively scheduled a trial for Jan. 26, 2010, for a case that challenges Barack Obama's eligibility to be president based on questions over his qualifications under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution.

If the case actually goes to arguments before U.S. District Judge David Carter, it will be the first time the merits of the dispute have been argued in open court, according to one of the attorneys working on the issue.

In a highly anticipated hearing today before Carter, several motions were heard, including a resolution to long-standing questions about whether attorney Orly Taitz properly served notice on the defendants, which she had.

In a second ruling, Carter ordered that attorney Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation can be added to the case to represent plaintiffs Wiley Drake and Markham Robinson, who had been removed by an earlier court order. Drake, the vice presidential candidate for the American Independent Party, and Robinson, the party's chairman, also were restored to the case.
But the judge did not immediately rule on Taitz' motion to be granted discovery – that is the right to see the president's still-concealed records. Nor did Carter rule immediately on a motion to dismiss the case, submitted by the U.S. government, following discussion over Taitz' challenge to the work of a magistrate in the case.

The judge did comment that if there are legitimate constitutional questions regarding Obama's eligibility, they need to be addressed and resolved.

Carter ordered a hearing Oct. 5 on the motion to dismiss and ordered arguments submitted on the issue of discovery.

If the case survives that challenge, a pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 11 and the trial for two weeks later.

The case would be the first time, according to Kreep, that the actual merits of the dispute will have been heard in open court. A multitude of such disputes have been rejected out of hand by various state and federal courts. Even the U.S. Supreme Court repeatedly has rejected urgent appeals to hear the evidence.
The suit alleges Obama is actually a citizen of Indonesia and "possibly still citizen of Kenya, usurping the position of the president of the United States of America and the commander-in-chief."
