Well that was a waste of time  We need more letters sent to us, we really even though it is in our rule book, can't stop the out of control kids, but keep those letters coming folks. Believe me if this wasn't all done over the phone I would need bail money. It is pointless, all of it is pointless. And now we are getting a heat wave starting Monday when my dad arrives, over 100 degrees for days 

    So nothing was resolved? That pizzes me off.

I would call the police if these children are out of hand.  Don't leave it up to an HOA.  All they do is tell you what color to paint your house.  I'm gonna paint mine red white and blue with stars on top and see how they like it.

I wanted to comment further earlier today about CC's post concerning that old fool, Jimmy Carter.  I had a long post ready to go, but I got booted and didn't have time to do it again. 

The basic reason, IMO, that we are in such a mess in the Middle East can be laid at the feet of Jimmy Carter. When Mohammed Reza, the Shah of Iran, was experiencing some street demos in favor of the Ayatollah Komeini, who was at the time exiled in Paris, the place where all the trash of the world ends up, Carter told the Shah it might be best if he just left temporarily, but that he, Carter, was behind him 1000%.  Those were his exact words, "1000%." The Shah foolishly trusted Carter and left, temporarily.  In the meantime, with help from the US, Komeini returned to Tehran and took over with a bunch of hoods, the same bunch who shortly thereafter took over the American Embassy which was against all international law.  Then, because of the "Democratic Revolution" in Iran, the Shah was prevented from returning.  Carter refused him refuge in the US and he and his family ended up in Panama.  Then, when the Shah became ill with cancer, Carter refused him permission to be treated at Sloan-Kettering in New York.  It was only through the intercession of Henry Kissinger that the Shah was eventually  allowed to be treated.  Then, almost before his treatment was completed, he was kicked out of the US and ended up finally in Egypt, a guest of Sadat (Whom I admire tremendously.)

The Shah was a dictator.  However, under his reign, women were free to be educated, not wear veils, etc. and polygamy was ended.  The country was prosperous.  It was a minimal Moslem country.  Komeini, of course, instituted Sharia law, and inspired hatred for the US, based on his religion and our religion.  This was the first step in the Islamist desire to establish one large Caliphate in the world.  They are well on the way to success, particularly in Western Europe and especially in the UK.  They have made tremendous inroads in this country.

Thank you Jimmy Carter.  You are the dumbest man who ever walked the face of the earth.  The good Christian, Jimmy Carter.  Isn't "Thou shall not lie" one of the biggies? Carter must not be familiar with that one.

Baby I posted earlier about Carter being anti Israel, I didn't even think about what he did to the Shah and where that lead us to in Iran. I dated an Iranian that left when the Ayatollah took over, despises that country now. I have a female friend that would never step foot across the border if she had to go back. And I know a guy who's family worked for the Shah's goverment, they left but before their plane took off, a bunch of others were taken off hy the Basij and never heard from again. So thank you Dhimmi Carter for what you have done to the people of Iran, and your sorry azz attitude towards Israel and your love for Hamas.

I love the Mounties, they used to come to the State Fair and do their amazing rides. The horses were beautiful and the guys were pretty hot too!

My husband and daughter are in San Diego for the day and won't be home until around midnight. My husband called Terminex about the ants  and that he was not going to pay the latest bill. They actually apologized, said we didn't have to pay, and the man is coming in about a hour to spray, now they have attacked my garage. So I'm going to walk Zoe so I'm back before he comes. Then I will tackle my hutch with a hundred knick knacks in it and dust it all, or toss them all out, depending on my mood.

That dog is beautiful.  His face seems to have so much meaning.

Thank you so much.  He is 3 years old, was a father's day present from my daughter (her way of making sure Dad could not say NO), and has turned into my dog.  I was so devastated when our beloved Husky passed this year.  He still misses his buddy and will bring some of the Husky's toys to me and then just stare at me.  He is very mommy attached and is the quirkiest dog I have ever been around.  He thinks he is human sometimes other times he uses his paws like he is a cat.  I do love him even though I call him idiot dog, it is just that he does so many things that dogs just do not normally do.  I think he is species confused.

LOL ok.  They are good, just slow.  We had a young man ripping up and down the road on a quad without his helmet.  My son was pulling up as the quad was cutting across to our side of the road and notice something fly from the quad.  So Son went over to where it was and saw it was quad dude's cell phone.  I went through the phone to see if he had anything in his address book like "mom", "home" etc, when I noticed his background image, it was quad guy with a huge bag of what looked like coke and him toking on a pipe.  I called the RCMP and explained that not only was he riding quad illegally, that his cell phone dropped and the images on there would be of interest to the RCMP.  They said they would send a car out to get the phone.  After 4 hours I got a call from dispatch saying all the members were busy could I bring the phone to the station and drop it off?  I said no, I could wait.  5 hours later they came to get it.  I showed MR. RCMP the images and he goes - well that is nice but we have no way of tracing the phone.  SAY WHAT?  I told him that since it said Roger's on it maybe if he took it to a Roger's phone store they could pull the Sim card and tell him who the phone belonged to.  He goes - Hey great idea!

I had never been around a heeler before this dog.  Grew up with German Shepards and when we got a Husky that was a huge adjustment for me.  I guess I should be more accepting of his quirks.  We were originally told her was a Shepard /border collie cross, but vet immediately told us he had more heeler in him than border collie.  I could never understand why he would run around the kids in circles barking at them, then understood he was herding them.  Never had a dog leave me dead mice in a row along a door threshold before either.  If I get out of a chair he immediate jumps on it and curls up on it like he belongs there, and if I do not come back within minutes then he follows me.  I have tripped over him more times than any other dog in my life.   He hates being outside by himself and if he can not see someone inside he will bark his head off till you let him in.     I am getting chickens next year and he had better not eat them!

Your vet was right, I could tell by the white spot on his head (Bentley mark) and by the tail he has heeler in him. They do herd children, ducks, geese and the like. They want you to go one way and if you don't they will trip you. They don't like being away from their "one" person for long, because they are there to protect you. They are great dogs, but have a mind of their own. Plus they have an ear splitting bark that can be heard from miles. They can hear him a block away when I am bringing him from daycare. They will also give their life in order to protect you.

I have never had any other dog, except for scottish terriers and I wouldn't trade a heeler for any dog in the world.

I am so not laughing, but I am. Sorry Northern. That is their nature, that is what they do. YOU were the LUCKY one that become the one person that he attached to, so there is no turning back now. My other heeler, was attached more to my ex than to me. So even though she had been mine previously, in order to keep her happy I gave her to him. I will find the website that will explain everything for you. Even though your's is a mix, I think the heeler is in his brain.

OMG I was not going to tell you about the bathroom  as I thought you would think I was crazy.  If I am in the bathroom he will open the door and then just stand there and stare.  If I am in the tub he will come in and put his chin on the edge of the tub until I am done.  I swear he really does.
