I wish we had trees that turned colors, usually they just blow away during the first windstorm.

How can you tell you are having a windstorm. From what I remember, the wind always blows in Texas. My hair was always a mess when I was there. It was full of static electricity and stood on end. I mostly looked like a bad lab experiment.

House Republicans succeeded Thursday in eliminating federal funding to ACORN, the community organizing group that has come under heavy fire in the wake of damaging undercover videos that purport to show counselors giving advice on tax fraud to a "pimp" and "prostitute."

The House voted 345-75 to strike ACORN funding from a student aid bill with two voting present.

Oh, I didn't read the post right. I thought she was LEADING protest that led to riots in the 70's. I wonder why she wasn't crying and terrified when the illegals were having all their protests led by the SEIU????

I still want them to go after the armed Black Panthers who were out front of the polling place in Philly, intimidating the voters. So wrong on so many different levels.
