Other people having a bad day.  Might be a great place to install a few skylights though.

Well, I bet the wife was planning on remodeling anyway (aren't we always planning on remodeling? Wonder how much sex that costs???)

cost based on tool required or square foot?

I don't know why sex jokes always make me laugh.

I read that, and didn't know what to say. She irritates me, but maybe she will be an improvement, I don't watch that show anyway.

I used to sew and I was really good at it. Too hard on my neck and back after an entire day at work, so it was let go.
My Big Library is downtown and after work, it it like alot of big cities, you want to get the heck out of Dodge after 5:30-ish, the night shift of bums, and scary ppl takes over.
.
It's a nice place inside, but getting out of there is always an issue after the clock has ticked. Got a cigarette ? Spare change ? And if you stop, you get swarmed. I am always polite ( afraid to be rude, some of them look like they would punch your lights out just for the fun of it ).
..
I was thinking of collage with some photos, paper, art markers, stickers and paint and lettering to start. Like Photoshop, except the old fashioned way. My DD has a birthday coming up and maybe she would like some decorations / place mats of her little cowpokes and the little dogie. They are doing a Western Theme party. I have some pix of the kids on ponies and horses.
Some silly cowboy wisdom, like , never kick a cow pie in the heat, never squat with your spurs on, etc.

If you have to ask you can't afford it.

Now that sounds fun to do, a Western Theme and making decorations, it would be hard to find decorations like that, so making them would be appreciated.

That sounds like a lot of fun to do, and there are certainly every kind of stickers, paint and decorating supplies available.

Thankfully, our town library is just a few blocks away from home, and is rated one of the best in the country. They usually have the book you are looking for, but if they don't, they will get it from another library for you.

I agree with you about sewing. It is really very physical, even though it doesn't seem like it would be. And for some reason, everytime I do sew, I get very clammy and sweaty. My son says there is a scientific reason for it. Your brain is firing off electrons while you are thinking really hard. Sounds good to me.  Therefore, I try not to think real hard!  Monkey Devil!

I'm worried about TRIMM. I don't know if it is a good thing or a bad thing she has been gone so long. I am hoping things went good and she and hubby went to lunch and a day of shopping.
