A day after more than 1,000 pages of documents against Casey Anthony came out, an attorney for the accused child killer's family plans to release his own evidence.

Attorney Brad Conway's office will hold a news conference at 11 a.m. in downtown Orlando. A notice from the office does not say what the evidence involves.

WDBO will be covering Conway's news conference and will have the details during Neal Boortz, and at wdbo.com.

Is anyone covering the press conference with Conway?

I haven't seen anything yet.I hope they do.

I was kind of hoping all the media would ignore him.

http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/entertainment_tv_tvblog/2009/09/does-central-florida-need-a-theme-park-of-crime.html

We used to be known mainly for our theme parks. Increasingly, we're known for our crimes.

Maybe we need a theme park of crime, a place where people could let out their frustrations and young people might be scared straight out of taking the villainous route.

Each day, some strange crime dominates the news, and that story usually finds its way to the national news.

Here's what I'd want in such a theme park:

1. The Jailhouse Reel. Park goers would study the bizarre behavior recorded during jail visits. The message: Would you want this to happen to you?

Exhibit A: Bob Ward, the suspect in the Isleworth murder. He made headlines when he was recorded in jail dancing around and unbuttoning his shirt.

But that's not all, folks. This morning, NBC's "Today" studied the another jailhouse video of Ward and his daughter Mallory. She merrily stuck out her tongue at her father, who's accused of murdering her mother.  She sat with her legs open, showed off her chest, danced in her chair and gestured jubilantly at her father.

On "Today," a former law-enforcement officer called Mallory's behavior "completely inappropriate for someone who just lost their mother." This expert told reporter Kerry Sanders that Mallory's behavior was "off the charts" and could be a motive in the murder.

Discussing plans for the weekend, Mallory told her father there was "a kink in our plans" -- a reference to her mother's murder. Matt Lauer was was so astounded that he repeated the expert's view that "this one is off the charts."

2. The What Were They Thinking? Pavilion. Park goers would examine the strange behavior of families and suspects.

There would be exhibits on Misty Croslin-Cummings, Melinda Duckett and Casey Anthony.

A whole wing would be devoted to George and Cindy Anthony, their reaction to protesters, their dealings with media, her collaboration with private investigator Dominic Casey and her correspondence with defense attorney Jose Baez.

The exhibition's point: This is not the way to act in a crisis.

3. The Media Whirlwind. In this interactive endurance test, park goers would be subjected to the interviewing style of HLN's Nancy Grace. They would have to walk a stretch with WFTV-Channel 9's Kathi Belich shouting questions at them. They would feel the pressure of being surrounded by reporters and photographers.

The point: Could you make it through that?

4. The Crime May Pay But We Don't Like It Display. Park goers would learn about licensing fees paid to get interviews ... oops, I mean photos and video.

5. The Tomato Toss. Park employees dressed as Casey, George and Cindy Anthony, Bob Ward, Misty and Ron Cummings and other figures would be placed in stockades.

Park goers could toss tomatoes and hurl insults.

Sure, it's old-fashioned. But, my, wouldn't it be cathartic for anyone frustrated by these cases?

We've got to find a new way to make shame sting.

Anthony Family Attorney To Release Info
Casey Anthony Charged With Murder In Death Of Daughter

POSTED: Wednesday, September 30, 2009
UPDATED: 11:03 am EDT September 30, 2009
[Caylee Marie Anthony.]
Caylee Marie Anthony.
ORLANDO, Fla. -- The attorney representing George and Cindy Anthony told Local 6 News that he will release dozens of documents on Wednesday in connection with the Casey Anthony case.
Brad Conway was expected to hold a news conference on Wednesday.

The development comes a day after the state attorney's office released thousands of pages of documents in the case and Local 6 News investigative reporter Tony Pipitone uncovered new evidence that a mystery source of DNA is on the duct tape that was found wrapped around Caylee Anthony's skull.

The findings could cast doubts about the state's case against Casey Anthony, who is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were discovered in December.

Casey Anthony, 23, has pleaded not guilty and claims she left her daughter with a baby sitter and that the pair were gone when she returned to pick up Caylee, who was 2 years old at the time.

Two pieces of DNA were found on the duct tape attached to Caylee's skull, the same brand and type as that one found on a gas can in the Anthony family's east Orange County home, Pipitone reported.

But neither piece shows traces of Casey Anthony, according to documents released by the state attorney's office on Tuesday.

One DNA sample was traced to an FBI lab analyst who accidentally contaminated the outside of the duct tape during testing, the documents stated. But an FBI lab report showing a fragment of DNA represented by the number 17 was found on the underside, the adhesive side.

Local 6 showed it and other test results to John Jay College Professor Henrietta Nunno, who said it could be a big break for Casey Anthony's defense team.
So it's not Casey. It's not Caylee. It's not Cindy. It's not George. And it's not the FBI analyst?" Pipitone asked.

"I would agree with that, yes," Nunno said. "Someone who is not one of those people did leave DNA on the tape. Whether it was the perpetrator of the crime or another person who examined it, I guess we don't know."

The amount of DNA is so small that it can't be used to identify whether it is from another FBI analyst.

Meanwhile, FBI documents show that a stain found in Casey Anthony's car trunk was possibly in the shape of a child in a fetal position, but Local 6 News has learned that the FBI will not testify about the shape of the stain, calling it speculation.

Also, fibers in the duct tape found with Caylee's remains don't match a roll from the Anthonys' home, documents show.

Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.

Caylee/Casey Anthony Case: Brad Conway Releasing New Evidence

Thanks Klaas - so is it safe to assume the documents possibly came from GA and CA - that is hilarious - Cindy has been busy on the computer again putting her own spin on what she finds on the net.

Duct Tape Doesn’t Add Up, Anthony Attorney Says
Wednesday, September 30, 2009 11:10:30 AM
Reported by Jacqueline Fell, Scott Harris and Adam Longo

ORLANDO -- Brad Conway, the attorney for George and Cindy Anthony, said he plans to release even more documents Wednesday, even after the state made more than 1,000 pages of information public Tuesday.

Sources said information Conway is expected to release will show that duct tape found at the crime scene does not match duct tape recovered from the Anthony home, and hair found on the duct tape does not belong to either Casey or Caylee Anthony.

Hello Monkeys

Well if they go with the duct tape does not match what was found in the a's home then I think it was the tape that casey stole from (    ) can't think of her name I believe her last name starts with a D.

She told this to LE or there is a text out there that states this.
She says to casey something like I can't believe you stole my duct tape I was so excited that I had some left over.

I can't wait to hear which piece of duct tape Conway is referring to. We know that the tape on the skull had to be cut away from the hair attached to the skull.....which belongs to Caylee.

Would the state already know about this mystery DNA? It's not information they are just now getting, correct? Yet, they still put the death penalty on the table? Please help...

Yes, because I still can't figure out how he has any right to release evidence pertaining to this case. I wish someone would explain that to me.
