A judge just set a new hearing date for next Friday morning and Casey Anthony is expected to be there.

The hearing could involve a defense motion to have the murder charges thrown out.

Can you just see the yellow type up at crime scenes and every tom, dick and harry standing behind it and saying wait I want to see the scene let me and who ever walk around and step on stuff. pick stuff up and take a peek at it and say oh thats nothing and toss it aside. Oh lets don't forget Henry Lee was there to put stuff in his pockets imo

O that was fast, hmmmm something could be gleaned from that possibly?   

I see the local papers are running with what occurred to me last night watching Whoraldo & Bozo live, regarding Bozo's ridiculous response to a plea bargain.   I'm telling everything he did to poo poo the State's case got squashed when he gave away Casey's guilt right there.   Im sure you all got a chance to view the youtube Trimm provided this morning, if not endure the agony & check it out.   In admitting that it would be up to her if she accepts one the way he phrased it he in essence admitted her guilt.

About this Jim dude, if there is any merit to be had that he saw Casey with Caylee around 4PM the day of the 16th, my God that means Casey killed Caylee went to her boyfriend's & then they proceeded to Blockbuster within 2-3 hours to go rent murder movies & plan an evening in to F around.    THAT BEING SAID, I have a hard time believing the account not only how he worded certain remarks but mainly because Walmart doesnt have doors you have to struggle to keep open as a general nationwide standard (mainly for handicap convenience)

What to make of Thompson's statement?

"Sources close to the prosecution say it appears that Thompson is sincere in his beliefs, but are they willing and ready to take what he is claiming in his sworn statement as gospel?" Kealing said. "The indication we get is, no, they are not."

They are pretty much saying that they have questions regarding his credibility.   Now, keep in mind that Target, also another nationwide chain store, had surveillance of Casey forging Amy's checks near a month after she did it, on 7/8 and 7/10 - she was arrested 7/16 & it took some time for them to get the info regarding Casey stealing Amy's checkbook & investigating what she did with it, point being it is very likely there would be surveillance footage of the entrance showing Casey with Caylee at Walmart on 6/16

I think this "witness" might just be a red herring to try to get the prosecution to use his testimony. If then, for some reason he happens to be impeached by the defense (as they planned from the get-go), then that would throw doubt about the rest of the prosecution's witnesses or evidence, making the prosecution out to be overly gullible.

He was sooooo concerned about Caylee, yet he finds out she was murdered, allegedly by her mother, and he doesn't think it's important to call LE???? WTF
