Pooky I thought I heard this week we'd get more, I hope tomorrow & I hope more of this dribble defense bunk & bull gets put to the fire!   Dang, Im dying to read the State's motion today.    Tomorrow & Wed would be great days for me because I dont have respirator/physical therapy either day, who needs sleep

Hey, Monkeys!  I've been incommunicado for the last couple of days, (weddings and birthdays and such,) but I am so impressed with the news of the tape on the Anthony posters discovered by the All Knowing Kathi Belich!  And the followup by our intrepid monkeys!      Hope we get some docs tomorrow.  I feel so confident, even with the mind numbing blatherings from the defense, that ultimately, justice will prevail.  Oh, and just to keep the campfires burning, I reread the emails from Cindy to
D. Casey and reminded myself of just how vindictive a wench she is.  Talk about a "spiteful B".  Casey certainly learned from the master, (or mistress, as the case may be.)

O holy snit!  MrNews trumps Nancy Grace's Bombshells   (wow I hope hes correct in some of his claims)  But this is exactly what I suspected the night this occurred & watched frozen images of it go down on the still fox35 webcam

Let me set you straight on this detail… It seems George got Cindy out of the house to do a bit of shopping. His plan was to retrieve the weapon… find Casey… blow her brains out and then turn the gun on himself.

Casey Anthony case: State responds to defense's motion to dismiss murder and child abuse charges

Prosecutors in the case against Casey Anthony responded to her defense team's motion to dismiss the murder and aggravated child abuse charges by reminding them about Florida's criminal procedure rule.

Assistant State Attorney Linda Drane Burdick called the defense motion "legally flawed" and "glaring and fatal."

Last month, Anthony's defense team filed a motion to dismiss the murder and aggravated child abuse charges. They argue there isn't enough evidence to support the charges.

Burdick ended the state's response by adding that it will be decided at the "close of all evidence" if the state carried its burden of "excluding all reasonable hypothesis of innocence."

The judge has not ruled on the issue
