Thanks    I'm sorry, but I just don't believe for a minute that Caylee could count to 45 in Spanish, the majority of kids that age could not count to 45 in English  Not that it really matters, but geez.

I'd say that Caylee could count In Spanish to the number taught on Sesame St. Maybe 10?  Anyway, I should think it would be hard to learn anything being chloroformed and stuck in the trunk of a car while Mommy parties with her flavor of the week.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- In the case against Casey Anthony Tuesday, the judge has just granted a motion from prosecutors to review George Anthony's grand jury testimony.

Prosecutors want to look at his testimony because they are looking for inconsistencies between the statements George Anthony gave on Oct. 14 of last year and the sworn deposition he gave two months ago.

Just hours after he testified before the grand jury, his daughter, Casey Anthony, was indicted on a charge of premeditated murder and put in jail. Months later, prosecutors chose to pursue the death penalty. So the question is did George Anthony try to soften or change his testimony in August knowing that his daughter was facing the death penalty? Prosecutor Jeff Ashton said he will share the testimony with Casey Anthony's defense team.
Casey Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee Anthony. Caylee's remains were found in a wooded area off Suburban Drive near the Anthony family home last December.

The State Attorney's office will get a copy of George Anthony's testimony before a grand jury, a judge ruled today.

Circuit Judge Stan Strickland signed an order today that a transcript of Anthony's appearance before the grand jury -- an appearance that came a day before his daughter was indicted on a charge of first-degree murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter -- be delivered to the State Attorney's office.

Prosecutors asked for a copy of the Anthony's testimony in preparation for Casey Anthony's murder trial, which is expected to begin next summer.

A copy of the testimony will enable prosecutors to compare that to the facts George Anthony gave during a recent deposition in the case.

Casey Anthony is in the Orange County Jail awaiting trial. She is accused of causing the death of Caylee Marie Anthony, who went missing in July 2008 and whose remains were discovered in a wooded area less than a mile from the Anthonys' home in east Orange County.

George Anthony appeared before the grand jury on Oct. 14. Casey Anthony was arrested on the murder charge the next day.

Oooo!   Let's keep in mind folks that obviously Ashton was at the Grand Jury proceedings.   The State prosecutors presented the case to the GJ, they KNOW what he said....they just want it in writing to compare to what he said in other sworn statements & interviews after his Grand Jury testimony.   Sharing under court seal with the defense....in other words kiss my @$$ Bozo we've got this, now what!
