IMO no matter what is released or has been released, it's not as though the State doesn't know, right!  They knew the release of the fingerprint error was going to give the defense and excuse (not a reason) to get all in the air. Hells Bells I have no doubt the State had everything they need and MORE to bring the DP back.....if not, these little hitches could IMO been lost in forever land if the State was worried.   I am not going to worry until I hear the State say they are worried. Remember all these things we hear are opinions....someone's opinion...that's it. And we all know what is said about opinions

That's right, it is part of the States Attorney documents that were already released, if I am understanding what Conman's statement said.

So, then the question I just asked about the state already knowing about this mystery dna, is well, they already knew about it when putting the death penalty back on?

Me: Amy Huzinga's stolen duct tape may have been heavy duty tape. She was in theatre and it would seem to me they would have to use fire retardant tape due to the lighting heat. Could this be the tape that was used?

Dr. Cyril Weks (sp) was just on Fox discussing the recent docs released - if there is no DNA found on the duct tape it doesn't mean KC didn't put it on - he said.... "The absence of evidence is no evidence of absence" he went on to say that the main focus will be the fact that KC did not find it necessary to report Caylee missing for 30 days and that no one else has entered into the picture as far as a suspect is concerned after more than a year now. 

I totally agree.  And the partial mysterious DNA??? Come on now, there is not even enough to match it to anyone.  Are they going to say that it is Zenaida's??????

Correct me if I am wrong, but IF Zenaida had any contact with Caylee at all, her DNA would show up.  There is no Nanny.  It was Casey - All Casey.

I think Brad paid for the docs himself, and he has found something that was not covered by the media and he thinks he can spin it. I think anyone can pay for the copies and get them, even an individual. So he's gonna blab about it for Cin Cin.   JMO

So the threads dont match. So I deduce that there was at least 2 rolls of rare Henkel fire proof tape in the Anthony household. 1 roll used on the old gas can and another on baby Caylee.

The amount of DNA is so small that it can't be used to identify whether it is from another FBI analyst.

What about Lee?????  My GUESS would be someone else who  handled the duct tape...perhaps in Dr. G's office??
