Actually..look at the bunny right under her arm that is raised.  It may have been there because it was a favorite.  It also seems to have the coloring of the stuffed animal in the pic of disgarded toys.  I could see Caylee having a stuffed animal she was attached to closest to her in a pic.   I think anything of Caylee's in the car, other then the carseat and backpack, Casey would have gotten rid of at the time she disposed of Caylee.   Interesting that she left alot of her own junk in the car..boots, slacks, large black purse or bag, Amy's resume..you get my drift.

J. Thompson has been added to state's witness list, and I honestly don't think it's because he "believes" he saw Casey June 16th, 2008 at the Wal-Mart. Again, IMO, I believe LE very possibly found the beanie-baby he gave to Caylee for her good behavior while her skank mother flaunted her tatas and Azz so Mr. Thompson would take herAmy's check to purchase a monitor. Her behavior towards Caylee while in his store is what the State is focusing on.....My Opinion Only. Finding the beanie baby would prove Casey was indeed in his PC store.

Three of Central Florida's most notorious crimes filled newscasts tonight. What's the latest?

*** Casey Anthony. The prosecution is ripping the defense's motion asking the judge to drop the death penalty in the murder case. "Prosecutors say judges don't have that authority, and went so far as to say either the defense doesn't understand the law or is purposely misstating it to grandstand," WFTV-Channel 9 anchor Bob Opsahl said. "Prosecutors say a hearing on the issue would be a waste of the court's time."

*** The Haleigh Cummings disappearance. WESH-Channel 2 promoted Bob Kealing's exclusive interview with Misty Croslin-Cummings. She is the girl's stepmother and the last person to see Haleigh before the child vanished.

Croslin-Cummings denied to WESH that she and a friend, who was driving, threatened an I-4 motorist with a gun. Rather, Croslin-Cummings said the other driver, a Massachusetts woman, nearly drove them off the road and they made an obscene gesture at her. Police later stopped Croslin-Cummings and her friend, but found no gun.

"It's not against the law to flick somebody off," Misty said.

She talked to Kealing at Orlando International Airport. Ronald Cummings is seeking a divorce, although the couple married in March, a month after Haleigh disappeared . "It's just a divorce," she said. "I don't want a divorce, but it's what he wants. Whatever. I'm not going to fight him."

Where was she headed? To an appearance on a national TV show, although she wouldn't say which one, Kealing said. (She will be on CBS' "Early Show.")
Ronald Cummings and his mother, Teresa Neves, taped an episode of Maury Povich's show today in Stamford, Conn. The show will air at 1 p.m. Oct. 22 on WKCF-Channel 18. The focus is on missing children, and several families took part, a show spokesman. Croslin-Cummings was not on the show, the spokesman said.

Croslin-Cummings told Kealing that she doesn't know where Haleigh is.

*** Bob Ward. The judge set the bond for the Isleworth millionaire at $100,000. He is charged with the second-degree murder of his wife, Diane.

WFTV's Kathi Belich focused on several "bombshells" dropped by Diane Ward's sister: Paula Saare didn't make time to talk to detectives. And she admitted that she called a detective and begged him to call her sister's fatal shooting an accident. 

WESH's Amanda Ober set the scene this way: "Bob Ward's family members, including his two daughters, continue to stand by their father, even after hearing the medical examiner say that Diane Ward's death was not a suicide."

WKMG-Channel 6's Tony Pipitone reported: "That Diane Ward is dead both sides can agree on.  But that's about it. Even the medical examiner, who ruled the death a homicide, can't say it wasn't the result of Bob Ward struggling with his wife to prevent her shooting herself."

In concluding his report, Pipitone said the judge "ruled the evidence against Ward was not so overwhelming that it required he be held without bond."

 Attorney John Morgan to Discuss Zenaida Gonzalez v. Casey Anthony Case on 48 Hours

John Morgan, the attorney representing Zenaida Gonzalez in a defamation suit against Casey Anthony, will be appearing on 48 Hours Mystery on October 17, 2009. Mr. Morgan will be sharing insight into the investigation he has conducted on Zenaida Gonzalez’s behalf. He is seeking to clear her name from the false allegations made by Casey Anthony that she was responsible for the disappearance and death of Casey’s daughter, Caylee Anthony.

After 3-year-old Caylee Anthony went missing in June 2008, her mother falsely named Zenaida Gonzalez as Caylee's babysitter, referring to her as “Zanny the Nanny.” She also stated that Caylee was in Ms. Gonzalez’s custody at the time of her disappearance. However, numerous inconsistencies in Casey Anthony’s story, as well as physical evidence against her, have made her the prime suspect in Caylee’s disappearance and death. Casey has been charged with first-degree murder and faces the possibility of life in prison. Caylee’s remains were found near her home in Orange County, Florida in December 2008.

Zenaida Gonzalez, a mother of six with no criminal record, maintains that she never babysat for Caylee Anthony. In fact, she never even met Casey or Caylee Anthony. As a result of these false allegations against her, she lost her job and has suffered both physically and emotionally. John Morgan of Morgan & Morgan is representing her in a defamation lawsuit that seeks to clear her name and restore her reputation. While gathering evidence to support Zenaida Gonzalez’s innocence, he has interviewed several people close to Casey Anthony, including George and Cindy Anthony. He will discuss his knowledge of the case and the individuals involved on the upcoming episode of 48 Hours Mystery.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- In a new document filed Thursday, prosecutors are accusing Casey Anthony’s defense team of filing yet another bogus motion, this time over the death penalty.

The defense wants the judge to take the death penalty off the table, but prosecutors say judges don't have that authority.

Prosecutors went as far as saying either the defense team doesn't understand the law or is purposely misstating it to grandstand.

Prosecutors say a hearing on the issue would be a waste of the court's time.
