In all seriousness, that looks like adult acne. I've never noticed it before in prior swimsuit pics, etc. There's a hormone component to adult acne and a stress component, which has an impact on hormone levels, as well. If I recall, higher levels of testosterone can cause it, and in females can mean that lower estrogen will cause the ratio of testosterone to be higher.

Maybe she'll grow a beard next?      

I think they are moles.  She just has alot of moles on her back and all over but a ton on her back.  She'll have to watch those for cancer in the future unless she is put to death first.

I had a cosmetic procedure done once. They had to take pictures before the surgery. It was humiliating and I despised having to do it; and that was in a posh Dr.'s office for something I wanted to do! It was the first thing I thought of when I saw those pictures. She was mandated to have them taken, and knew they would be used to try to convict her of murder!  Yeah, I'm sure it wasn't a Red Letter Day for her!

I have to agree, I was surprised at my own reaction to the duct tape, it says so much about what happened to Caylee.
Anyone else notice it definately had been ripped and not cut (teeth), and there are small pinholes on some ends, presumably to aid in it's removal without solvents. These were shot and tagged before testing as well.

I saw the strings and thought it had been ripped, too. Oh, what I'd give for a matched, fitted rip on the gas can tape! Even without it, it's not common tape, and Casey's going down!
