 WESH.com reports the attorney for Casey Anthony's parents will release evidence that raises "serious questions about the case" today.

Attorney Brad Conway said the evidence contains information that should have been made public Tuesday when state prosecutors released more than 1,000 pages of documents related to their case against Casey Anthony.

In an e-mail to the Orlando Sentinel, Conway wrote he is holding a press conference at his S. Orange Avenue office at 11 a.m.

It's not the state prosecutors fault if the media outlets don't make public every document released by them. Conway needs to step away from the kool-aid cooler at the Anthony Asylum.

Monkeys is it possible Sin Sin really did have a nervous break down.  Looking for a live Caylee what could be her motive in that.  Is she really in denial- I could forgive her for everything she has done-except for trying to put the blame on Innocent people.  that is unforgivable.  She has ruined Jessie life-and countless others.  So we alll know SIN SIN is NUTS--but now do we think she is mentially Ill for real. 

IMO she is nuts but not mentally ill in the legal sense.

Whether she truly is or not, I don't think there's any excuse for her, George, or Lee's behavior. I think she's beyond help and it's gonna get even crazier. I believe we're going to see even more shocking things come out of that woman.

I agree there is going to be more craziness from both of them.

oooppsssss I also wanted to add the same for kc.....IMO she is nuts...as nuts as they come, but she too is not legally mentally ill......she can't claim  not guilty by reason of insanity.

So I'm wondering... IF it doesn't match any tape found in the home, and that's a big if imo, then still...it was Henkel found at the crime scene and henkel is used in the home. That still seems pretty hefty evidence to me.

Hi N&N! I would ASSUME the same thing, but in this case I would THINK they would have to match the tape and so far it looks like that is not a sure thing. I tried to read all the Henkel evidence but just petered out.

Just a thought, Conway cannot release anything that is not available to everyone anyway, he has nothing that the state hasn't made freely available to the media except his own or his discredited clients take on the case. Their collaborative efforts to taint evidence and misdirect everyone, including LE being taken into account makes them look...well desperate.

I think she is just down right mean, hateful, selfish, self-serving,cruel, greedy,anti-social materialist, narcissistic and evil, but that's just me. I don't think she's mental at all, and she certainly doesn't have a mental disease. I don't believe there is a handy psychological diagnosis for her at all. What she has are personality and morality flaws.

ITA Miki Monkey, desperation for sure - I can't help but wonder if the 1000 pages are pages we have already seen but with their interpretations injected - I really wonder what all the so called "big guns" hired and working on the defense think about them doing this?  I would think they would not want someone who is not on the defense team doing this but if they are ok with it it only proves all the more that the only defense they have come up with for KC is to cast doubt - well good luck - like us Monkeys and so many others we didn't come down in yesterday's rain.

It's not the state prosecutors fault if the media outlets don't make public every document released by them. Conway needs to step away from the kool-aid cooler at the Anthony Asylum. 

It is annoying to me to have the media pick and choose and not just publish all the documents when they are released. I don't want to be spoon fed. I want to see what is there. I want to decide for myself what is important and what is not.

I really do find the statement the tape doesn't match questionable. I think the news would be snatched up and would be plastered everywhere. Nancy Grace would be lobbing BOMBSHELLS  all over the studio! I am wondering if this was some kind of tests his "experts" did.
