For whatever it's worth, here's a comparison of the gas can duct tape and the poster duct tape:

IMHO, its worth a guilty verdict!   Tks for doing the side by side CBB, you can also see the same spec wording below the logo.   The evidence may have been degraded in the elements, there may have been a few foopahs (minor in my opinion), we may have not seen all the evidence nor the final reports BUT this rare tape that isnt easily obtained being the tape used on Caylee, in the Anthony home & used after the murder is so dam'g.   If this roll was used during the murder & the roll was at the Anthony home AFTER the murder then nor a fathom nanny, Jesse, Ricardo, Tony, Kronk or the boogieman could have committed the murder because the roll of tape wouldnt be in the possession of the Anthonys - it also proves Casey had direct access to it along with plastic bags etc that she used.   To drive the point home about how rare this tape is, Kim G mentioned on Whoraldo tonight that the tape was last available in 2006/2007, tomorrow Im going to see if I can find any information on that specifically.   What that may mean is that "some other dude" wouldnt have been able to purchase that tape, nor Casey for that matter, but she did have access to it because her father probably bought it quite a bit ago - that seems to make sense since he was the one that was inclined to use it on posters, he knew he had it in his garage or wherever & knew it would stick holding up in weather (for the posters).

For those interested, the Whoraldo segment is repeating  in a few minutes - Im gonna go chill for a bit & then turn in.   Since I know that is Whoraldo's residence that he is interviewing Bozo from it makes me want to snoop what financial agreement he made with his buddy.   They probably went yachting on the Hudson again, f'n baaturds

Snit, I had to come back because Im enduring listening to this interview more closely.   Something else very interesting came up.   Dr. Henry Lee going to examine the car & miracously he found more hairs & NONE of them were from a dead body.    I SMELL A TAINTED RAT, a previously proven rat at trial in another case I might add - Im going out on a limb to say Cindy "found" the hairbrush of Caylee's she knew she wasnt given the FBI & gave Dr Henry Lee a few hairs to plant in the trunk....remember that car was locked up in evidence for months before Dr Henry Lee went there to examine it & we already heard him lie about lunch meat and other nonsense.

OK, now Im really out for the evening.  Lubs yas monkeys!

PS    There should be no hairs in the trunk other than possible transfer from clothes or a blanket for example because a child should never be in the trunk, ever.

Yes, that says a lot, BUT why should she?? If it's her decision, she won't do it, she wants the full trial and all the limelight it will bring. Plus, if things go really bad at the trial, she can have some fun by throwing her parents under the bus as the selfish, overbearing meanies they were to her. They drove her to do it. Nope, Casey isn't going to plea, she wants the camera and all the individual attention this will bring her. Why should her Mom have all the fun??

Good point, Capp.  You'd think he's have that phrase down pat by now!     Yes, if Casey was innocent they all would be screaming very loud....band yet that has never happened.  BUT...he sure knows how to bring the money in....he hit every news media he could this past week.     I'm sure we will continue to see these reoccurring media tours until someone finally says enough, we are going to trial. This must be why Baez is never in a hurry to pick up or obtain discovery docs......stalling to keep the money coming in.

Absolutely correct Capp.....if he knew she was innocent, he would have said "no plea". I'm thinking more and more that Lyons wants Casey to have visitations with Spindy and Georgette in hopes they will convince her to take a plea deal....and why they would not want those visits video taped and released to the public. I can't think of any other reason for Lyons to suggest this at the moment........well other than to get more ammo to throw them under the bus.

Hi Jesse.  I remember hearing a commentator or reading somewhere that the report was addressing the (tape) fibers not matching.  Their take on it was that since the duct tape on Caylee had been exposed to the elements & under water, that was the reason the fibers might not match.  I think if it comes in at trial, an expert for the state will be able to explain it & that may be why it was reported as not matching.  (But only in the limited manner of the fibers).  I don't think I'm making any sense & may need more coffee!

"If the glove don't fit, you have to acquit." Sorry, I couldn't help myself. Anyone with bat brains knew if leather is soaked in blood and then left to dry it shrinks and stiffens. And trying to put it on over a latex glove was going to impede pulling it on, especially when OJ was not making much effort to get it on his hand.

It's the same way with the tape, smoke and mirrors. More smoke and mirrors. JMO
