Morning All,

I find it strange that Misty looks under beds that are sitting on the floor.
I find it strange that Misty detatches herself from HaLeigh by call her THAT little girl.
Im now wondering, in her frustration with Ron, if she did take it out on HaLeigh. After all
she is tired from her weekend, fighting with Ron, and HaLeigh wanted something?
Im wondering if she was there when her brother checked but she refuse to answer because
HaLeigh was already hurt.
Im wondering if she left JR home at home sleeping while HaLeigh was taken off, and JR saw
Tommy in the house, that he actually went in.
Im wondering if Misty decided to cast doubt on her brother because of their past.
Im wondering what JR really did see or here that evening.

Im wondering if Misty is going to the beach, to get her story more straight in her head.

i find it strange that misty states i didn't do anything "with" then stops herself and rephrases it "to that little girl" you do somethiing with an object like a dead body

I caught that too, notice how she distances herself from Haleigh by calling her "that little girl", and then the "with" instead of to stood out like a sore thumb.

Misty's at the beach!  Ain't she the lucky one.  Wonder if Tommy knows sis is at the beach instead of in JAIL like he is.  Wonder if he'll feel even more like talking now?

Anyone know what Mom and Pop Croslin are up to in TN?

I am hoping and praying that maybe Lindsy will be the spokeswoman here and fill in MORE DETAILS OF THAT NIGHT.  Or...was Lindsy out with MISTY????  Did they take the van.....

if Tommy was at the mobil home at 10 and the police were at Tommys and Lindseys when the 911 call was made, then when was the van taken/moved from the spot Lindsy had left it last?  Seems like they were all awake that whole time.....someone would have seen something.

One source close to Misty tells me she’s telling friends police wanted to discuss phone records related to her conflicting timeline, and urged her to go into protective custody for her own safety.    If this is true, could this be a decoy, the beach story, and she is going to be put into protective custody?

This really makes sense.   I can't see her running off to the beach with a friend.    I don't think Ron would trust her going off by herself.

  I don't think Misty has a girlfriend, in all these months we haven't seen anyone by her side or claiming to be a friend. even the events of the prior weekend say Nay Nay was her friend, Amber didn't like her, and Misty didn't know the other girl, Lindsay, that they were with, so this "girlfriend" may be someone through her attorney or through LE. A female through her attorney seems more likely and that she's been advised through her lawyer to get out of the Sykes household for now. What we witness on video of Misty and Ronald happy and hugging, was a show for us after Misty had assured Ron she would keep her mouth shut and be back soon. I'm doubting we will see Misty back there in a few days.

didn't Misty used to live in Daytona?  Maybe she went to stay with a friend there.

I have to wonder why Tommy would sit on this information.  He obviously is not afraid of Ron infact if GGMS had not come out that night during the fight I wonder just what would have happened.  That tough old lady supposedly got Ron back in the house and he came out again.  Why did the Croslin's not go at that point?   According to Misty Tommy was calling her all day wanting to speak with her in person.  hmmm

I'm beginning to think the pot plants found are Ron's or someone he knows hence RATGATE.  Or are the Pot plant's the Croslin's and the Rat was a warning that Ron was gonna rat on him?  Croslin's try to get Misty, try to get gun, All Croslin's attempt to flee town.  Food for thought.  idk

I am reading some on Turner Syndrome right now, and can anyone tell me of what known health problems relating to this did HaLeigh have?  Has anything been said?  Has her heart ever been check? Do we know? Kidney Function?

Ok pure speculation here....if Ron and Misty do know what happened to Haleigh and are covering for each other maybe Misty told Tommy not to say anything about her not being home.  I mean why didnt Ron say anything about calling Tommy that night looking for Misty?

Then maybe Tommy was trying to call Misty to say someone is asking about it and he needed to talk to her and she didnt want to talk on the phone about it.  Hence the ratgate situation.  Then once the restraining order was in place and he was put out with Misty he decided to tell all he knew.

some holes in what I know:

Did Tommy and Lindsy own the van?

Didn't Cousin Joe "borrow" the van?

Was a blanket found in that van?

This is the same van that was taken for forensic testing?

Could Tommy or Lindsy have called LE when they noticed the van missing (at 3 am?)

Cousin Joe skipped the next day?

WTF?

Seems to me that Tommy is making sure that LE knows that he was NOT involved since whatever happened was or had happened when he knocked on the door.  I'm sure he was covering for Misty but why?  Her whole family is screwed up and she doesn't seem to have any loyalty to any of them - why they to her?  Maybe those pot plants were Tommy's and she threatened to tell LE unless he held back the info that he came to the MH and she was not home...?
