Ya know, I don't this has been mentioned here at all.  On Sunday over at WS, someone had scanner duty, and this was reported:

On scanner.caller advised that he found a black bag with pink BLANKETS in it on Pinellas(?)

(One of the dirt roads leading to the big L-shaped pond)...

I thought I would pop over to this case to see what was going on. I watched a few videos regarding miss Haleigh. Such a beautiful little girl. Her dad and step mom both have bad attitudes, and that is really hurting them in the case, whether or not they are innocent or not. After getting a feel for what was going on, the step mother, who is 17.... I don't think she was prepared to take on a 5 year old little girl as her daughter. 6 months of being around the little girl, she probably went into the depression that occurs to many new moms (as she realised 'Oh.... this is the rest of my life' if she wanted to be with the dad). She just has a really bad attitude about the case, when she said in one video 'Oh, that guy was being rude to me, yelling at me and accusing me, so I quit talking to him'. Her bad attitude is what is what makes her look guilty to me. I know this is all old news on the case, but I really needed to put my 2 cents worth in. I won't be here investigating this one, we have a missing girl in our area that I'm keeping primary focus on. My heart goes out to the family of Miss Haleigh, she is a beautiful girl and doesn't deserve this.

I agree with those of you who have said maybe her attorney arranged her trip out of town. 

This is looking like a tennis match.  LE brings in Misty's bro to apply pressure... next move, she exits town, stage left.  Ball is back in LE's court now.  Let's hope LE returns with match, set, game.  Heh.

For those of us who heard about the major fight bet Misty and Ron, then wondered at the pics/video taken shortly afterward, how it didn't look like they had been fighting...... all kissyface, pattyass, loveydovey....... in other forums they are wondering at it too. 

Even to the point of wondering when that kissyface pic/video was actually taken/filmed...

Could it be that this whole thing has been a setup, planned and carried out, with Misty actually going nowhere, at any time?  Just giving the impression that she has? 

Lordy.............!!  Anything is possible with an LE that gives us lies (mistruths).   

And just think.. LE etc, could all be sitting back, slapping their knee, thinking how very clever they've been in fooling the public.  And in the process of..... whoever they may be watching very carefully.

Here's a good reason for Misty having gone into rehab, for those who think that might be it:

Any good defense lawyer should advise a client who may soon be under arrest to voluntarily detox in a medical center rather than run the risk of having to do it in jail.

For those who are not familiar with medically supervised detoxification; it can save a person's life if they are addicted to alcohol or certain drugs. Going cold turkey can cause a person to stroke out or have a heart attack.

I wonder if this could be the reason for her sudden departure?

I was the one that posted the pic of HaLeigh on a bike penny, and I do not believe the bikes are the same. 

The bike that is in the above pic could be an old bike of HaLeigh's because I have seen a video with her on a different more up-to-date bike.

But why would you leave a single thing that belonged to your missing child? I would be holding onto anything she had touched if I thought she was coming back. IIRC there were a lot of personal belongings of Haleigh's that were just left in the trailer when they moved off.   

Is that a fact?

I also read where Wayanne Kruger posted that there were no toys in the mh when she and Crystal went inside the trailer, which is proven not to be factual by pics and videos on the net.

Sorry, it was recollection. I am sorry if I was wrong. I thought Crystal asked for something of Haleigh's and she was refused by Ron so she left it when she went in. Again, sorry if I was wrong.

The events of this weekend have caused me to question the actions of LE. Suppose they did find the piece of important evidence in the pond. Knowing the lies on all sides it will be a case of he said/she said so they pull out the equipment, deny they recovered evidence,drop little nuggets of info and watch and wait. LE could be watching that partially drained pond knowing someone knows where they put the item in question. They also know that someone will not be able to resist the impulse to come back to the pond. The guilty party knows that if only they can recover the evidence and hide it in a secure place they will destroy the item that links them to the events of that Feb. night. The irresistible pull of the pond could smoke out the guilty party. Plausible ?

Morning Monkeys!  Very interesting!  (The three booking numbers that were missing from the booking log this past Friday ... this booking number doesn't match any of those three.  Maybe they do skip booking numbers on the log when they take a juvenile into custody?)

I must say, the got a very speedy bail process at that jail!

When I heard/read about the kissy display, then the fight that took place before the kissy display, and then her being shipped off to an undisclosed location, my first and current thought, setup.

But then we hear from TJ that her location will be revealed Thurs or Fri.
