Breaking news -- Investigators drain a Florida pond in the desperate search for missing girl Haleigh Cummings. Will fresh tips lead to a break in the case, and is a killer on the loose? Plus, shocking new questions about whether Haleigh's stepmom babysitter was actually home the night she vanished. Nancy Grace has the latest breaking developments, 8 & 10 p.m. ET on HLN.

My experience is they always pick the worst times to do radio work. JMO

I find this very suspect!  Something they don't want us to hear??

Well.. we can look at this sev. different ways.

Tommy may have knocked, got no response and left.  Or he may have peeked inside and either saw no one at home, or saw them sleeping, whatever.

He may not have called Ron back to report what he did/didn't find out.  Have we heard yet whether or not he called Ron back?

If he did call Ron back, he may have said everything's fine, no answer, they must all be sleeping.. something like that.  And in that case, Ron would very likely have relaxed and not worried any longer.  Which could explain why he then supposedly volunteered for 3hrs of overtime, plus making a stop at the store before coming home.

If Tommy didn't call Ron back, or if he called back to report that Misty was gone, I can see Ron being even more worried and calling in Gma or another/all of the family members.  Plus asking to leave work due to emerg at home, or some such.  But........ seems he didn't do these things, so am thinking Tommy could have called Ron back with an 'all is fine' or some such.

Either way.... as some in here have already mentioned, why keep ANY mention of Tommy being called over at 10p that night??

Who would have benefitted the most with that info being kept quiet?

Misty -- if Tommy could say for sure that she was gone at 10p, not asleep..

Tommy -- if he actually peeked in and found them all asleep, which would make him the 'last person to see' Haleigh..

Anyone else benefitting?

Just seems to me that there's more to the statement that Tommy supposedly told LE, that LE isn't sharing.  There's something missing.  And as always, that just brings up tons more questions.

UMMM ... so Tommy checks on Misty and no sign of her.  Does he then call RC back and tell him that???

Good question.  You would think he would.

Misty said she went to bed around 10:00.  Will she now say she was asleep & didn't hear him knocking?
I think so. This is just too coincidental. She went to sleep around 10 pm when Tommy came to check on her. She awakened around 3am when Ron came home from work? Did Tommy leave her a note instructing her to call him when she got home? What time did she call Tommy that night? Was it before Ron came home and she called 911? The noose is getting tighter, IMO.

I think I remember finding a couple of months ago that one of the movies she said the kids watched ran longer than 2 hours.

Thought Ron said on NG Show that Misty went to bed at 10:30 or 11 pm?

Just another inconsistency in this! Yes, he did. It started out that she went to bed around 10 ...lately it has been said that she went to bed around 10:30-11.

that is what I thought Brandi! I am trying to find the video of it.

Here it is.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nGcVo1DfNlg

he states 10:30 or 11:00 at about 1.37 on the video

This is Crystal comforting Teresa in the begining of all this and wow strange/sad how Teresa has changed her toon about Crystal since all the craziness... Makes me think that TN knows something too.

Tommy tells LE he went to trailer at Ron's request, this is old news to LE, IMO, they have phone records, all these people have been interviewed for months and I strongly believe they have all been questioned about this call and all subsequent calls that night, this isn't breaking news, I just wonder why LE is releasing this info at this time? Misty, Ron or Tommy are not surprised by any of this for sure. and I wonder why there wasn't more talk of this call months ago by any of these three? like anyone of them saying at ten o'clock Ron asked Tommy to go check the trailer and she was or wasn't there, or he never got back to me and I got to busy at work, or he swore to me everything was fine or anything at all.... weird IMO
