I agree Tommy is no angel, I think Tommy is a lot of things that I can't post, but for some reason I just don't feel he did anything to Haleigh, imo.

Some notes on Kristine Rene Prevatt AKA "Nay Nay":

*Misty also reportedly spent the weekend before Haleigh's abduction on a drug and sex binge with another man (WBG) arranged by friend Kristina Rene "Nay Nay" Prevatt.

*Prevatt is also an associate of Amber Brooks. Both were arrested April 20, 2009 on drug charges in Putnam County. (Brooks is the mother of a 20-month old disabled child fathered by Haleigh Cummings father, Ronald Cummings Sr.)

There are only 2 reasons to harm Haleigh with the POI we have and they only fit 2 categories for me;

1.  Fit of rage or accidental death - Misty or Ron
2.  Crime of Passion - pedifile - known to family in this case.

Ron has a small window of time with eyewitnesses who saw Haleigh alive after his leaving for work and cell phone pings of being at work.  Not saying it couldn't be done especially with Misty's assistance.

Misty alone needs no help with her faults and has sketchy alibi. 

Tommy, Donald Sapp who was supposedly living w/Croslins, or name your family member of the week, probably knew what was going on in that house on that night.

All just my opinion.

No and that is part of the reason she makes me angry.  Because she is not taking action.  I would be in TN, GGMS and more importantly LE's  face everyday if not Ron and Misty's.  But overall I do feel for her I just don't/can't see her as the meek mild person she is portraying but hey I don't really know her from ADAM so I try not to let it get me.  So while I sympathize with her she also angers me to some extent.  JMO I know that was raw but that's how I feel about her and her stance on this disturbing situation also.

    I just can't help but feel Tommy didn't do anything, I don't know why, but I could be totally off here, but I am wondering if he is being protected there in the jail for his own good, if they even do that. Something is just too convenient with Tommy

Of course, we do not know if LE did indeed discover, uncover or find something that they are not telling us.

If they didn't, then someone sure as heck fooled them into believing that there was ...something connected to this case..that they put a lot of faith into that statement..only to be fooled or lied to....again.
