if this is indeed true, it confirms to me that HaLeigh is no longer alive.

Ironically, all the family members involved were given this information by law enforcement and each appeared to chosen not to mention this information out of their statements this weekend.

Does this mean Lindsey, Misty, Ron or what?  Did they leave it out?  Did Tommy call Ron back and tell him he got no answer that night?  I'm very suspicious of Tommy making this statement now.

As always, back to step one: Haleigh is missing, Misty was in charge of her, she knows what happened. Misty is the key. Ron hasn't killed her yet. Maybe he knows too. 

Exactly Fanny~I just can't get around that fact and the fact he was actually coaching her in those early interviews......made no sense to me because if he wanted her to trip up, there was the perfect opportunities-yet he coached her

How convenient Misty used the 10:00pm timeline .. I just wonder if she left the children or JR in the home a sleep by themselves , or took them or Haleigh with her and thats why the blanket was in the van..

Didnt she say Jr was awake? I have said before, I think he was and she took him with her.... Tommy going to the house etc..puts him as the ONE knowing she was not home and possibly knowing Haleigh was alone....

Tommy told PSCO detectives that Ron called him to go check on Misty and Tommy went down to Ron’s trailer at 10pm hour, knocked on the door and got no answer.   So now what did Tommy do? Call Ron back and tell him no answer, and if he did do this, I want to know why Ron didn't live work early or at least come straight home and not go to the store. I will sit back and see what Ron does now
