i would bet the letter from Lindsy is asking the job to reduce bail due to the fact that Tommy is main provider.

I've added on Putnam County Law Enforcement Codes to the thread that had the Putnam County Police Scanner Link.   Hat Tip to "Heart" for providing the list    Both are in one stickied Haleigh Cummings thread:

Breaking news -- Investigators drain a Florida pond in the desperate search for missing girl Haleigh Cummings. Will fresh tips lead to a break in the case, and is a killer on the loose? Plus, shocking new questions about whether Haleigh's stepmom babysitter was actually home the night she vanished. Nancy Grace has the latest breaking developments, 8 & 10 p.m. ET on HLN.

http://www.cnn.com/CNN/Programs/nancy.grace/

Thanks Cece!

Gosh... NG sure can stir up a frenzy with her lead-ins on the 'latest breaking developments'.

"Is a killer on the loose?"

FGS!

And she will probably devote all of about 2 minutes on the story & cut everyone off.

Yep!!

couldnt have said that better!!

Does anyone recall an interview NG had w/Misty when the lights were discussed?  I do, vaguely and I think Misty's Mother was sitting beside her.
Misty was boo hooing.
Think NG may have asked Misty to go over it again and Misty did, mentioning the light (maybe in the kitchen) and think NG followed up asking
if it was her habit to leave the light on...
Sorry if this sounds confusing...does anyone remember an interview about the lights and if Misty was in the habit of leaving any of them on or off?  thx.

Annette denies anybody in LE told her that Tommy admitted being at the MH that night. Still trying to verify if LE told Ron this info or not
about 2 hours ago from web

Ms Neves denies anybody in LE told her that Tommy admitted being at the MH that night. Hmmm, running out of family members.
about 2 hours ago from web

Per court docs Tommy DOES have an attorney 2009-09-16 7 ORDER APPOINTING PUBLIC DEFENDER FOR 1ST APP HEARING
about 2 hours ago from web

Per court docs Lindsy sends judge letter 009-09-21 3 LETTER TO JUDGE HEDSTORM FROM LINDSY CROSLINabout 2 hours ago from web

Thanks Heart!

Hmmmm... the Gma's are scrambling to report that NO ONE in LE told them this.  But... did anyone IN the family mention it to them, or around them, at any time in these past many months?????

And.. a letter to judge from Lindsy?  Interesting!

We need an arrest!!  Then, among other things, the Florida Sunshine Law will kick in and we'll get actual info, not snippets of gobblygook from LE and others.

Jennifer Wilberger
CORVALLIS, Ore. —  The remains of Brooke Wilberger were found Monday, Benton County authorities said, more than five years after the Brigham Young University student vanished from an apartment complex in Corvallis.

District Attorney John Haroldson said Monday that the suspect in the killing, Joel Courtney, accepted a plea deal in which he averted a possible death sentence. In exchange, Courtney told investigators the location of Wilberger's remains.

Haroldson said Courtney pleaded guilty to aggravated murder and was sentenced to life in prison with no possibility of release.

I am wondering just when DID TOMMY SAY THAT MISTY WAS NOT AT THE MH.

Did he just NOW tell this important piece of the investigation???

If so, what is wrong with these people are they all 1/2 brain dead or what???  HaLeigh has been missing for now 8 months, and if he just revealed this  piece of information, where the heck is his head???

Why would he hold back this info, if HE had nothing to do with her disappearance.

Yep, I vaguely remember that interview.  Especially Misty's body language.  Boo hooing, as you said.  Something like she always turned the light in the kitchen off when she went to bed?
