Hey Monkeys, I'm gonna throw this out there for discussion.  I keep thinking about this alleged party claimed by JoeP.  How likely do you all think it is that ... what, five ... of these characters could keep that kind of secret this long.  We've got Chad, WBG, Ney Ney, Misty, and potentially this JoeP at the party?  I'm just having a hard time believing, especially with the reward, not a one of these characters decided to step up and speak up.  Now, maybe if this party happened and Haleigh died at it, then they might all think they'd be up for criminal charges, so maybe that would keep them quiet.  But, I gotta believe that these at least one of these folks would tell a friend, who'd tell a friend, etc.  Ain't that usually how it goes? 

And, on top of all that, Tommy was quiet too.  Geez, if all this is true, LE's mumness on this case is only surpassed by all supposedly involved in JoeP's scenario!

  That's a problem I'm having with this story, especially since we know many of these party attendees use alcohol and drugs on a regular basis. It would stand to reason that sometime in the last seven months one or more of them would have been drunk or high and mouthed off about this senerio to someone else since this is such a high profile case. Looking at Joseph Pytko's criminal background is doesn't seem far-fetched to believe he would sign a sworn statement to a lie, in an effort to collect $70,000.

i found a court record that i cannot access without paying for that lists Lisa Croslin, Misty Croslin, and Jeremy Miller, from 2005.  Does anyone know who Jeremy Miller is?

IIRC, Jeremy Miller was the one who Misty claimed raped her and is now in prison..........I'd love to know the evidence of that trial considering what we know now about her 4 claims of rape/molestation

Neighbors said that detectives are back near Haleigh's home actively searching. Jim Batchelor said he pointed out the well they were asking about, but it turned up nothing.

Detectives said they continue to get tips and they are following up on all of them, but they have not named a suspect.

Good,and they want her back in Putnam so they can question her to....now it looks like to me they are gonna lock everyone in the Croslin family up and keep them long eneough until someone tells the truth..

i think Joe Pytko is either completely delusional (good possibility), or telling the truth.

As per Nay Nay's letter, Joe Pytko does not put himself there that night, but does put the others, WBG for one and the most complicent - and frankly, he could be signing his own death warrant by doing so.

Wonder where Joe Pytko is right now...

I wonder if he was the one that was Baker Acted.

what's interesting about the letter is that it came from WBG's mom - and it really paints WBG is the worst light.

I believe in Florida, that after a suicide attempt, Baker Act is automatic.  (Someone can correct me).  And can be held for 72 hours.  They may offer you the choice to be admitted voluntarily which, I think, means you don't have it on your record?

I think they are all liars    That Joe does seem like a psycho, but what is really weird, why would you write a letter like Nay Nay did? I know I sure wouldn't have, maybe the drugs made her do it

I believe its the guy that Misty chargd with rape or molestation when she was younger..........I swear that girl has been raped so many times seems like to me she would be afraid to even look at a guy......

  I think she was 13, and IIRC we wasn't much older..........need to go look back in our archives as I remember this really stood out due to the ages of both being prety young.

Nationwide Pickup Warrant Out For Mother of Haleigh's Stepmom

Putnam County officials have a nationwide pickup warrant out for Lisa Croslin, the stepgrandmother of missing 6-year-old Haleigh Cummings of Satsuma, FL who hase been missing since February.

Authorities with the Putnam County Sheriff's Office tell 97.3 The Sky Lisa Croslin is wanted on a count of forgery. The bond is $10,504.00. It has a nation wide pick up. If she doesn't bond in TN, then she will be extradited to Putnam County.

Recently, Lisa Croslin told radio, tv and print news organizations she doubted her daughter Misty Croslin-Cummings was home when 6-year old Haleigh vanished from the trailer Misty shared with the child's father, Ronald Cummings.

In fact, Lisa Croslin reportedly backed up a claim made by her son who remains behind bars in in Putnam County on an unrelated theft of a gun charge. Her son--and Misty's brother-- Hank Thomas Croslin Jr. stated he went to Rona and Misty's trailer at about 10pm at Ronald's request by phone to check on Misty and the kids the night Haleigh was taken. Hank "Tommy" Croslin said he banged on the door and the home had no lights on and was quiet. He told Putnam County deputies no one was home.

Lisa Croslin was the woman who returned the gun Tommy Croslin allegedly took from a former neighbor hours after the man noticed it missing from his home when the two went there to use his phone.

Shortly after that, Lisa and her husband Hank Croslin Sr. left the Satsuma area rather quickly and are believed to be in Tennessee at Lisa's mother's home.

Was it not Misty's lawyer  who told where she was? If they said she was off for a visit with the Anthony's ...that I might believe, but Universal..no way!! She has no reason to clear her head, there is nothing in there to start with.

yes, i found one of your own posts IM, with a link his booking info (no longer valid) - and then I found an old WS link to the Flagler Cty records that has the docket (or part of it) that says he is a minor.

As attractive as it might seem, it is not legal to lock them all up until they tell the truth.  First, there has to be probable cause and then they would have to be charged with a crime within 24 hours, with evidence to back it up.  Secondly, they don't have to say a word to the police or anyone else.  They have a right to remain silent.  The Constitution protects us all.
