Thanks for the comments on my earlier post about JoeP.  I forgot to mention in that post that WBG claims to have passed a poly in this case, so that also casts some doubt on JoeP's story.  I agree that NeyNey writing Donnie about it is suspect .. but I wonder if the letter was mostly to make the point that she's gonna mess the guy up if she ever gets her hands on him ... it was something to that effect I think.

Good,and they want her back in Putnam so they can question her to....now it looks like to me they are gonna lock everyone in the Croslin family up and keep them long eneough until someone tells the truth..

As attractive as it might seem, it is not legal to lock them all up until they tell the truth.  First, there has to be probable cause and then they would have to be charged with a crime within 24 hours, with evidence to back it up.  Secondly, they don't have to say a word to the police or anyone else.  They have a right to remain silent.  The Constitution protects us all.

uhh, yes I know that, but I think they are being charged with a crime and I know they dont have to talk, but if they are offered the right thing....bet they will unless they committed the act on HaLeigh themselves,

i found a court record that i cannot access without paying for that lists Lisa Croslin, Misty Croslin, and Jeremy Miller, from 2005.  Does anyone know who Jeremy Miller is?

I believe its the guy that Misty chargd with rape or molestation when she was younger..........I swear that girl has been raped so many times seems like to me she would be afraid to even look at a guy......

the record I found was from 2005.  She would have been around 12 years old.

  I think she was 13, and IIRC we wasn't much older..........need to go look back in our archives as I remember this really stood out due to the ages of both being prety young.

yes, i found one of your own posts IM, with a link his booking info (no longer valid) - and then I found an old WS link to the Flagler Cty records that has the docket (or part of it) that says he is a minor.

I did the same and couldn't find it either But, when he was incarcerated he was 16  (from our archives), so I'm not sure what age the "rape/molestation" occured and I have always thought it was more like kisssing cousins until momma found out, and especially after I saw the video of Misty showing Hank her engagement ring and it looked like she was flirting with him and he blew her off.

No one has to talk to the police for any reason, charged or not.  Martha Stewart went to jail  not for securities fraud but because she lied to the FBI.  She should have known she could refuse to talk to them.  This applies to anyone.  It just isn't possible to group arrest people on a whim in order to get evidence on one of them.  I hope their lawyer, if they all have one, tells them to keep their mouths shut.  Otherwise, if one is eventually charged, it will be thrown out. People need to be arrested strickly on evidence against them, not in hopes of getting a confession under duress.

i think posters are merely expressing their wishes that something break in the case, not that LE goes about it illegally, or that constitutional rights are threatened in any way.

we all know that that could damage a case.  But frustrations are high right now.

that's actually not true.  I prayed for a pony for three straight years and never got one.

I am catching up so could be days or hours behind.  Although this case is so distressing with all the stupid and evil people involved, some of the comments make me laugh out loud. 
We all pray for HaLeigh's safety and coming home.

WOW~That is interesting..........my guess is that got what they needed from him after the big squeeze-corroboration of what we've thought and heard since the 2nd week in this case, that Misty was not home.
