I want to know who Fred is also 

When someone mentions "Fred", the guy that faked his death comes to mind.  That Fred? 

 I was always of the mind that Hopesprings Dr. ( caylee's home) had to be in some jumbled vortex, spinning wildly out of control by itself............but I stand corrected. Putnam county must also be in an alternate universe, bizzare!!!

Plus I'm also feeling like I need a magic decoder ring to decipher all this new info and a 3 ring binder to catalog all the players!

I'm not sure about that Fred. No the woman who delivered the letter to the newspaper building said she was delivering it for a person named Fred.

NRCG ... I thought she said "friend" not Fred.  But I could easily be wrong.

They took it down. I'll try. One of the moderators that use to be at WS was a convicted SO. She was at some of the things at Blanchard Park with Lenny and others, during that search that Lenny did for Caylee. The pic of this woman and the woman that dropped off the letter look very similar.
