JSM'S BEGGING FOR BANNING THREAD # 5

When I told my husband that Northern Rose made potatoe soup for supper last night, and I said she is such a busy woman and said that was a simple meal, my husband looks at me and said, you probably don't even no how to peel a potatoe    I said I would no how too, but wouldn't know how long to boil the potatoes for. And for some reason I can't spell right today either 

OMG!!! Don't mention potatoes!!! Major crisis here.  I thought potato soup was a good idea, so I grabbed a few potatoes out of the bin. Long story short, the last potato looked good, but when I picked it up, it was rotten, and fell apart in my hands, under my fingernail....everywhere. I can tell you not much makes me gag. I was trying to clean it up...and then had to make a mad a dash to the bathroom just in time. I am still having dry heaves. I have Vicks salve shoved up my nose and I can still smell it!

Poor hubby has been cleaning it up and is now mopping the floor with PineSol. A fan is exhausting the air out the screen door in the kitchen.  Ooooh, I feel majorly ill! I don't know what we are having for dinner, but potatoes will definitely not be on the menu!   

      I didn't realize that rotten potatoes smelled that bad    Oh my that must have been an awful smell, to get sick from it

Thanks, today is not so good. I think I have an infection, going to the Dr later. For the first time, I will miss class and I don't really care. All I wanna do is sleep!!

Be sure to tell the doctor you snorted yogurt out your nose. I think everyone is getting sick because of all the various things we have been snorting out our noses lately.

I have been to chicken processing plants that smelled better than that. 

Matter of fact, I have been to potato processing plants that smelled better than that. I usually have a cast iron stomach, after four kids, uncountable cat, dogs,rabbits, and birds. Much less going to gawd-awful food processing plants, including pork and beef. Never in my life have I had the gag-factor I had today.
