I have been reading in the Haleigh thread and Lindsey Baum thread and I am crazy now. 

Trimm, can you give me a synopsis on Haleigh. I am trying to read back, but I don't know where to start. TIA JSM

I am the wrong monkey to ask.I didn't read there everyday until this week.NRCG and Brandi know the complete saga I'm pretty sure.I'm learning as I go and it's heck on this noggin.   

I haven't missed a page of Haleigh or Lindsey's case, but to be perfectly honest, with Haleigh it is so insane I don't know where to start. There are letters, two of them now. One was just delivered by a woman in scrubs to a newspaper office in St Augustine, and supposedly there is volatile info in it, about where Haleigh is. I think we are basically sitting back and watching everything unfold.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE.

Can someone answer two questions for me?     Is Windchime the mystery lady that dropped the letter off to the newspaper and is Lovemyboys Monkey for real?      I've been peeking in on the Haleigh thread but don't have time to read it all since this cute little baby is visiting me today.        I was blown away with what I did see.    Is this true?    TIA.

 

Some people on WS do believe that Hope is Lovemyboys, who would be a granddaughter of Granny Sykes, I don't believe she is at all.  Windchime could be the delivery woman of the letter, or it could be Jane who now lives in the trailer where Haleigh disappeared from    This is all insanity 

Hi No Rose  Wow that is interesting about Jane - I never thought about that but it very well could be her - oh my.  If that letter does in fact say where she is then we should be hearing they found her soon - at least that is my hope. 

There is something not right about Jane    Somebody had the video up last night of her talking, but she didn't show her face. I don't know about anyone else, but I would be uncomfortable living in a place where someone vanished from.

It did seem so deliberate, didn't it, for her to move in there? Almost like she sought it out.

I hope the part about luvmyboys is wrong. 

I also hope you are a little calmer today, and you can enjoy your dad being there. I know you went through a lot to get ready for his visit. I will see you on the other threads.

If you have codeine syrup, that stuff works good, but boy do I get an upset stomach.

Ok Monks I am going to head out - my daughter and I are hitting the pumpkin patch today and I am going to start cleaning up my gardens.  Northern Rose I love the pics they made me laugh out loud and the dog looked at me like I was nuts - of course sometimes I am.

Fanny I will think of something to aid in your payback to CC 

No Rose have a good day and take one minute at a time that is all you can do - you are a good monkey, mother, daughter and wife.  Trimmy fire up the Viper I will take you and NoRose to Walmart it will be a wild ride!  You take it easy today.

I'm sure it's not making you feel any better. No ROS is there too almost all the time, and I think it is making us all 

It is crazy, and I will say I don't know what is going on in Lindsey's case even though I read there all the time, but I'm worried about the person who gave a tip. I will be leaving shortly to take my dad to Walmart, I'm not feeling good, health wise, but I don't care about that, I keep going. But, I am sick over my dad, he should not be living alone in a two story home with a huge yard. He moves so slow, and I'm scared, with his balance and all. I had purchased a life alert for him last Christmas, he is so stubborn he sent it back to me, he don't want nothing like that, period. I need to bring up that he needs to live in a smaller place, I will try to buy the home, or even in a nice assisted living home, not a nursing home that he doesn't need at all, but a place where there is someone to help. If not, I am going to have to leave this family and go and live with him, so I'm torn on what to do  And I also am so mad at myself because my patience is down to nothing and I'm starting to snap, but I will try harder 

Oh NOROSE, don't be so hard on yourself. It is what happens when our parents get older. I went through the exact same thing you are going through with my mother. Don't blame yourself for you patience. You have more than you give yourself credit for. Enjoy your time with you dad and don't try to worry about the future right now. Just enjoy right now with him, and just take it slower with him. He wants to be independent. My hubby is the same and gets frustrated at all the things he can't do. It is harder for a man I think. 

I hope you enjoy your trip to Walmart. I know what I am saying is almost impossible. The first thing I do when I get home is grab a ML out of the fridge and drink the whole can at one time. And then I sit down with a cold rag on my head, before I can even put up the groceries. I am spent for the rest of the day.

 Fanny, thank-you, I know you understand and have been through this. My dad is so stubborn, just like me, and I understand how hard it is when you can't do the things you once did. I also believe he is walking so slow and everything because he is afraid to fall here and end up in the hospital. I'm just use to going faster, and he needs a different pair of shoes, I told him we will buy deck shoes so you don't have to play around with the ties. And the two of them, my husband and my dad were drinking wine last night, of course I can't stop that, but I would prefer if my dad didn't drink, he gets on the crazy side, and has even more trouble walking.

I hope it doesn't, I'm very sensitive to some drugs, I think because I have irritable bowel. Antibiotics also, my stomach doesn't like them either

See, me too, my mom was that way also, must be something in it that just doesn't agree with us.

Hubby wears the shoes with the Velcro tabs. He can tie his shoes one-handed (they taught him how in rehab) but just to make it easier, we just by his the Velcro ones. Even his dress shoes, and they are quite stylish. You can find the sports shoe type at Walmart. Hubby wears the Dr Scholls.

GIZZIE, You are oh-so-right! It is like a really, really bad soap opera. Stand by for the next episode. If it weren't so dang serious and and for Haleigh it could be downright laughable.

I'm like you NoRose, I haven't missed a page since they started, and both cases are a mess!
