I'm back, with an earlier surgery date!! Woo hoo!!!

thanks all for the well wishes, I only had to wait 1.25 hours to get in to see the doc. Thank goodness for the iPod, I started with listening to music, then switched to watching almost 2 epis of Doctor Who. Ahhhh..good times! And the office staff really likes that I bring my iPod, it makes me a more patient patient.

So, Obambi scammed us again, eh? No surprise there. JSM, how many more days?????????

When is the date?If you don't mind me asking.   

Oct. 19, which means I will miss a class...but that will be ok. It's a bible class, so I'm thinkin' I can do a lot of reading to keep up. I will be so glad to get this thing offa me!!!! And then it's on to the chemicals, bring 'em on! Can't wait for new hair! (OMG, this hardly smoking thing (from 2 pks a day to 6 a day) has made me insane, too much oxygen!!!!)

  That's a huge accomplishment going from 2 pks to 6 a day. You know we are all thinking about you, and you are always in my prayers

I came home from a walk, and once again my dad flooded my upstairs bathroom, the toilet overflowed again, and then I slipped and fell on my bad knee, I told him please, I beg you go downstairs and sit down, I will take care of it. I'm now washing the rugs, and moving a cabinet to clean the floor. Please, anybody give me strength, I'm calling the doctor to make an appointment I need a change in my antidepression drugs. Oh well

Cold here today as well.  Drizzling, could turn into lumpy rain later this afternoon.  High winds expected this afternoon as well.  I think I need some tree sweaters.

That is such a cool pic Northern. We are about to get bad storms here. You stay safe in the high winds. 

Be careful, and Northern Rose, some of the pics you post, I wish I could transport myself into them and just sit, so peaceful and lovely

How many more weeks? And have you considered putting HIM on some meds????
I feel your pain, my MIL regularly floods her room at "the home"....she'll try washing a rug in the toilet, then flush it. Or she'll leave a faucet on and go to dinner. I'm so glad she's in a "home" where they clean up after her and deal with the high pressure!! You are in my prayers

Thank-you, I do believe there is a touch of something, but it is hard for me to know. It is also he misses some of the conversation because of his hearing, so between him and my husband I have to shout for them to hear, and then get accused of shouting at them  He has pain in his hips so he is slow walking. I told him, instead of lying to the doctor, tell him he will give pain meds, why suffer with pain when you don't need to.
