GIZZIE, You are oh-so-right! It is like a really, really bad soap opera. Stand by for the next episode. If it weren't so dang serious and and for Haleigh it could be downright laughable.   

That it is, but actually, I was referring to reading in here, in JSM's thread, lol! I reread what I wrote, and I can see how I messed that one up

Yup! That too! I'm not very sociable at times, really never have been, and I feel like I'm being nosy, coming here and reading all ya'lls business. But I always laugh, and it makes me feel better, especially lately. My daughter is moving out, and it really hurts.

Fanny, thank-you, I know you understand and have been through this. My dad is so stubborn, just like me, and I understand how hard it is when you can't do the things you once did. I also believe he is walking so slow and everything because he is afraid to fall here and end up in the hospital. I'm just use to going faster, and he needs a different pair of shoes, I told him we will buy deck shoes so you don't have to play around with the ties. And the two of them, my husband and my dad were drinking wine last night, of course I can't stop that, but I would prefer if my dad didn't drink, he gets on the crazy side, and has even more trouble walking. 

Hubby wears the shoes with the Velcro tabs. He can tie his shoes one-handed (they taught him how in rehab) but just to make it easier, we just by his the Velcro ones. Even his dress shoes, and they are quite stylish. You can find the sports shoe type at Walmart. Hubby wears the Dr Scholls.

We bought a pair of deck shoes, my dad bought a pair of Dr Scholls tennis shoes, and they don't fit proper, and had so much trouble with them, I don't think he had the right size. So now I think we are set with shoes. That must be very hard to tie shoes with one hand, I don't think that I could do that. I usually wear flip flops  Velcro shoes are good, I didn't even think about that when we were shopping, it was so hot in that darn store

I've always known this day would come, with her moving out, but I didn't expect it to happen now. And it's not like she's doing it to better herself, she's doing it because I don't approve of her boyfriend, and I've pushed her right into his arms. She's moving in with his family.

Getting my usual late Saturday morning start on the thread, and everyone is gone. I hope the sick are feeling better. I am still plotting my revenge on CC and I see I can count on BEARLEY to help me too. Since he won't be back till Tuesday, that will be "D Day! for him, if he choses to show up.   

Tell him that Hooters has been taken over by a new chain called Peckers!
