Morning    First glad you are feeling better Fanny. JSM please be careful. Trimm sorry your grandson and his mom are sick. Everybody else I hope you are doing okay. Now, where do I start? Last night there was an argument here at my lovely home  This morning my dad is having trouble walking and getting out of bed, I hope and pray it is from that, he did say he was very upset. He was not involved with the argument at all  So now I'm stuck with my husband home, in case of something happening, I made my dad go back to lay down, he seems better  then he did. I will not be going to the doctor today, my husband is taking my appt, and I'm taking his on Thurs. I could scream, but there is no energy for anything to come out  I just pray my dad is better, and stops being so upset.

Oh No Rose, I'm sorry about the argument last night. I hope your dad is okay. Please know you and your family are in my prayers. I really wish you would go to the doctor today instead of Thursday though.

Good Morning Monks - I am sitting in my favorite chair watching the race we recorded yesterday with hot coffee in hand.  Tevye I am looking out the window at a beautiful snowfall - the flakes are big and pretty.  I think some Christmas music is in order for today. 

Trimm - sorry to her about the little guy and his mom being sick.  Our friend is a front tire changer for one of the Nascar drivers - he missed the race yesterday cuz he has the swine flu and I guess there were a half of dozen or more that have or have had the past few weeks too - it is definitely going around so Fanny if you are listening - take it easy!!

NORose, do you have the stuff to take blood pressures? and know how to do a pulse and resp. count? If you do, I'd advise you to do those things, and if they're high, take him to ER. Also, does he seem confused at all? You poor thing! Just when it seems like there's no more room left on your plate, God gives you the Thanksgiving turkey platter! (He did that to me, thank goodness ours is the one my granny had, so it's antique and precious, so I don't mind having to use it!  )

  Oh goodness NoRose what else can go wrong???  That is terrible - do you think he is stressed or is he coming down with something?  Gosh I hope he is going to be ok...maybe he needs to see the doctor too - perhaps the doc could see you all today? 

  You definitely need a hug today and a one way ticket up here nestled in the snow and the peace and quiet - we don't have a neighbor in a 1/4 mile.

Thank-you, I would enjoy that. He got out of the bed better just now. My existence is one long drawed out mess, someday I will explain all, I can't now. My dad is back in bed so I'm hoping he will feel better when he wakes up

NoRose - I agree with everyone else - your dad needs to be checked by a doctor, especially if he's having trouble walking.

    Thanks, no I don't have anything like that here. I told him that we need to go to the doctor or something, he won't, he made me promise him, I promised him, but of course that doesn't mean I won't  I'm just now playing it by ear, he seems better, so I will monitor.

NOROSE, I am very, very, very worried about you. Since your husband is already home, get him to sit with your Dad, and PLEASE, I AM BEGGING YOU, go to the doctor. YOUR NEED SOME HELP. Doesn't your family realize how bad a shape you are in? PLEASE GO. You are just barely hanging in, and there is not much we can do for you long distance. If I was where you are, I would come and scoop you up myself, but you might get my sore throat.

I'm sorry I missed JSM & SASSY. I hope JSM can really get her balcony door locked, as there are people that can climb way up there. I never had any idea she didn't lock that door. Now I'm worried. 

Fanny, I never lock that door until last night. Usually when it is this time of the year I leave the door open and just have the screen door shut.

I'm glad you locked that door, and I hope you keep it locked, especially at night. There are people that can shimmy up those balconies  almost as easily as most people can walk up stairs. I want you to be safe, and not have a false sense of security, even with JOSEF there inside with you. Burglars carry guns and wouln't think twice about using them. If it is sliding glass door, I hope you have something to put in the runner.  I love you too.
