JSM's BEGGING FOR BAN THREAD # 6

Hope all monkeys (Trimm, JSM, Fanny, NRCG, No. Rose, Sassy, Mission, and other regulars in this thread that I may have forgot) have a great weekend, as I'm off 10/9 - 10/12.

Folks are in town from Cocoa Beach, Sis and BIL from Charlotte, niece and her husband a baby from Charlotte, and nephew and his gf from Queens are also all in town. All of us getting together Friday late afternoon after golfing with BIL and my Mexican friend for pizza and beer at my brother's and his wife's place in Northern suburbs, along with thier daughter who attends Purdue.

Will try to drop in throughout the day until 4:00.

My son has been to Perdue twice in the past year to help present workshops. Ask your niece if she knows Dr French.(Not my son.)

I know of Mr. French -

Uncle Bill leaves for a trip (and having trouble finding his dentist as well) and Mr. French goes out for the evening, leaving Casey to watch the twins. Then Casey leaves to go to a concert (big mistake) and leaves her friend Zanny in charge. Then Zanny comes down with the measles and her mama comes to watch the kids. Then her mama leaves to take care of Zanny and puts her husband and his poker pals on babysitter duty. My lord, what a turn of events, but thankfully Bill and French come home to see all the trouble that Casey started in the first place.

Family Affair, I wanted a Mrs Beasley doll so bad, never got one, I really wanted a doll like that 

So did I NoRose - my neighbor friend had one and I would sit and hold it and pull the string to hear it talk for hours 

Well, I'll tell ya'll my deepest darkest secret. I never had a bicycle of my own.    I knew how to ride, as my girlfriend would let me ride hers. I thought I would buy one for myself when I got older, and now I am too fat!! 

Fanny, you are never too old and never too fat. I asked Santa for ice skates for Christmas, he didn't bring me the good ones until I was 41 years old. So, get a bike and ride it. Get the three wheel kind.

I bet my moms got some pretty good stories about me and barbie dolls and hair cutting

I used to cut my little sisters hair off - big time once and then i put alot of makeup on her 

i used to like to cut my barbies hair, i liked the popeye look. so one day i may have locked my self in the bathroom an opened the drawer so you couldnt come in and started goin to town on my own hair...

luckily mom got to me in time, when asked wth i was doing i said i wanted to look like popeye and mom says but popeye doesnt have any hair, i said well i wouldnt have either if you didnt catch me....

well something of the sort took place, and after that i started getting bangs and look a like mullet do's   

   LMAO!!!!!!!!!!  I had to shut my door so no one can hear me, I am sitting here laughing my azz off.

OOHHHH! I could have killed her ...she had the most beautiful all one length long blonde hair...by the time I found her she had a "Billy Ray Cyrus"

      Why didn't Mr French leave Buffy and Jodie with Cissy? Would have saved a lot of trouble with the Zanny. 

As you know, Mr. French dabbled abit too much with the cooking sherry.

I am sooo cracking me up right now...lil background..Scarey ,me and my hubby all work in same office (when she's not out welding on job) well, HE is really annoying but she sits between his office and mine soooo..she has to hear ALL conversations & gets called ionto his office a 100 times a day for silly things!  Well, that's happening right now REALLY BAD!! and with Scarey's colorful personality it is soooooo cracking me up!!!


ohhh...so sorry my precious daughter..hehe    I am leaving now to take gma for her hair appt. you monkeys behave

Why do I think that might be a wild time? A woman who used to drive 18 wheelers now on a fancy golf cart?      I think you are better off without the bike Fanny - although I doubt you are fat in the real sense but it might not be good for your back.

Yep, that's what the doctor says. I was thinking about an exercise bike and he said absolutely not!

TRIMM, MUNKEYMONK, JSM AND NOROSE, we are all here to be here for each other. God knows, I have had to have my turn to have you all here for me, and probably will again. I don't know what these past months would have been without us all being able to come together.   

Well said, and I agree    Now on the topic of a Cougar, I can guarantee one thing, I will never be a Cougar, I don't want a younger guy, and if something happens to my husband I am 99% I will stay single, unless of course, some very old rich man comes my way, and then I might have a hard time resisting. If I ever would get married again, I can say without thinking about it, it will be for money and nothing else.  But as far as a younger guy, blah, blah, no thanks.

I couldn't be a Cougar either No Rose, I can't find a date with anyone, much less a young thing. 

JSM, when you least expect it someone will come along. And if not, you have Josef, a good job, a good family, good friends.

I am going to go jump in the shower. I have been thread hopping today, and I haven't got a dang thing done today. I did fix a big pot of big white lima beans with ham. Sure makes the house smell good. It has been crappy and raining all day. I am going from my pj's I have had on all day, to a clean pair of pj's. There is something to be said for retirement!!!
