Check out Mohamed Bary's missing immigration documents. Mr. Bary lost his application for amnesty. He lost his appeal for reconsideration of the administrative law judge's denial of that amnesty application, (or, application for change of status to temporary resident legal alien, to be more precise.)

He and his family are subject to immediate deportation and further exclusion. He claimed he came to America to tend to Rifqa's eye, when in fact he came illegally through Mexico (according to the document) and the "doting" father never got Rifqa medical treatment.

I can't imagine why she couldn't apply for asylum for religious persecution, I'm sure her lawyer is going to do this, at least I hope so.

Thank you i am glad too!! my bf and i had only been together 2 mos i had to call and leave him a voice mail that said, uh i am in the hospital, its pretty bad but not THAT abd.... so i wasnt sure if hed freak and run or what!!! but he didnt, he stayed with me and took care of me. him, my sis an munkeymunk

Oh that's good that you had people that cared about you. If I got hurt or sick, I don't know what I would do or who would help me.

Lots of work today. It was crazy.  But I didn't forget Josef. I read about the dog flu and called about getting him the vaccine. When I got there one of the girls was told me it hasn't gotten to Texas. BUT, dogs that miss their connecting flights at the airport get shuttled to the Pet Lodge until they can get the next flight out. So I told her to take him off the schedule to get one until I can talk to his vet on Friday.

I just saw about the dog flu this morning    Zoe has an appointment in two weeks for the rest of her shots, I'm going to ask their advice on this. There is always something to worry about, I'm glad that I have no small kids to worry about, because of this swine flu 

I saw it today by chance on Fox and watched the video. The story made it seem really bad for older dogs if they get it. So I called, it's only 25 dollars, but I want to know the side effects before I let him get it. I haven't gotten the flu shot yet myself, but I am not old like my Jojo so if it will keep him safe and well he is getting it. I am trusting his vet not the techs.

Because from what I have read, she is a minor. BUT if they show her parents are here illegally, and that is what the documents seem to say, next time Mom and Dad are in court, it is possible they go to JAIL and do not pass GO. It is all so confusing, but maybe the judge knew the dad came here through Mexico and that was the reason the family's lawyer never provided the immigration paperwork. The judge was looking for a way to keep her in Florida. IDK? As long is she is safe where she is until she turns 18 or gets asylum and her parents and brothers go back to that rat hole Sri Lanka, JSM will be a happy camper.
