So why the dye job on her hair?   Is that part of her Halloween costume?

Hi everyone.    My trip to visit my granddaughter was cancelled because I woke up with a head cold and sore throat.

Yeah Teyve, have fun, drink up and my friend told me to tell you, that after she left chemo on Friday's she went and had mexican food and margaritas and never got sick once.

She also told me that they gave her a drug called Emend, and that is what helped her from being nauseated. Just thought you might like to know that too.

I can't figure out why people insert themselves into cases, attention, their lives are boring. I'm surprised I haven't since my life is boring  She looks better with brown hair

I think my life is boring at times, too - but I'd have to find something else to make it exciting besides hanging around the Azzthonys.           Hell, she's young enough to go have an affair or something a little more fun.

I took these pictures on Tuesday PM @ Bubba's football practice.  They aren't the greatest because it was getting dark and already was overcast to begin with but the leaves were beautiful and hopefully NoRoseColoredGlasses will get a little enjoyment out of them.  These are for you NRCG and your memories of growing up in Wisconsin:

Beautiful!   I especially love the red leaves -  I'm guessing they are maple trees???

Alright monkeys, gotta go eat my dinner, maybe watch some baseball or EastEnders and go to bed.  Thank goodness we aren't doing that stupid Christmas progam this year. I would have to go to bed at 7 pm in order to get up at 4 am to go skate. That just isn't right.

Hi JSM.   I'm glad you don't have to do some stupid program that you didn't want to do.   

When my girls were little, we all took piano lessons - I took them because I thought I would be able to help the girls better - if I also knew how to play.   Well, at Christmas time, the instructor scheduled all of us to play at a local nursing home.  I was bad and refused to play.    Just because I was taking lessons didn't mean I wanted to play in public.   
I made my girls perform, though.

Thanks Fanny.  We are going to try again next weekend, if I can get rid of this crud by then - and if my hubby doesn't catch it.  Its disappointing because we were going to cook a turkey dinner for her and celebrate my daughter's birthday, too.    I found some pumpkin beer to help celebrate!   Oh well,  maybe next weekend.   The beer is on ice - and will keep.    The turkey will still have to be cooked - but we can always buy another one for next weekend.

She is scared to death of the swine flu.   It is widespread in Maryland.   I don't think I have it, but my head is hurting and I feel like crap, so I don't dare risk it.    I'm glad my girls are grown up, too.   That is scarey stuff     I'm like you - a worrywart.   I worry all the time about them.
